My routine is working out in the early morning because it helps me mentally to make better food choices so my workout doesn’t go to “waste.”

I like to work out in the morning on my days off since I have two kids and like to spend time with them in the evenings. I joined a gym called Pure Barre. It is highly challenging but keeps me coming back. It sounds like early morning workouts are best for you since you work full-time and want to have quality time and maybe some "me time" after work when you get home.

Make your gym routine part of your nighttime routine! After dinner digests hit the gym and then it also helps enhance focus because the faster you get it done the faster you can go to sleep and end your day feeling rested!

Can you make a video on different medical careers in the cosmetic industry? I want to see all the options, I am currently in nursing but wondering all the different opportunities are to get into medical cosmetics
