I remember the excitement of pram shopping, I absolutely loved my Bugaboo! The capsule adapters were a blessing when bub fell asleep in the car and I could just clip them straight onto the pram frame.
this takes me back to when we had my first, he was our little rainbow baby too we lost before we had him, the excitement was unreal. we had a joolz day pram for him but i wished we got a bugaboo i adore their hoods and how big there are to cover them from the sunshine and the window. can’t wait to see you both grow into parenthood, it’s a whole rollercoaster of emotions. when tom said about the rocking chair getting mucky if baby is sick. it reminded me of how much use i got out using large muslims (muzzys), people use them to cover for breast feeding ect. we used them for everything! sicks. spills, in the car seat as a light blanket, when holding them so they don’t get sticky like skin on skin, we had lots of them always recommend them lots of love. ❤
Thank you so so much 🩵🥹 we’ve ordered our pram and went for the bugaboo in the end, so many people recommended it and we loved it. Super light weight & the hood omg yes we loved that! Oh extra large muslins was another huge recommendation so I’ve got quite a lot of them, I agree I think they’ll be perfect for covers, sick, bibs, blankets etc! Thanks for recommending babe hope you’re well 🩵🩵🩵
Love watching you two I watch all of your videos since I discovered your channel, I’ve even been back and watched a few from before Also. I’m really happy and excited for you both, found this video abit emotional but super exciting xx
I found the travel system push chair the best as when baby is asleep in the car he is easier to convey in the seat to the home rather then getting him out. Likewise at resturants etc 😊
Absolutely loved this, all the prams and bits it’s so exciting choosing. Love the little clothes you got him, first item I bought my lad was a little blue and white romper from Asda with Tigger on it as his coming home from the hospital outfit (August baby) and I still have it in his memory box with a (obvs clean🤣) nappy from his first pack and first little teddy etc. I found Asda baby clothes to be one of the best, washed amazing too, not sure if that’s still true as it was 14 years ago
So so exciting 🥹🥹🥹 and omg don’t you think the supermarkets are just amazing for baby clothes. I love Asda & Tesco! Really good to know that Asda washes well though! Thanks lovely xxxx
They’re really great for the clothes especially as kids grow super fast. Primark are also really good, however I always bought a size bigger in baby and child clothes there, they cut them small I find xx
I love that there was a little section of different terrains in that shop so you could test out the pushchairs! There’s so much to think about from will it fit in the car? Is it light enough to lift yourself? 😅 There’s so much that you have to think about! 👶🏼 I love seeing the baby shopping as well. My niece is also having a boy so I love looking at baby stuff!
Hi Tommy and Ellie I loved watching Today’s vlog and seeing you both look at prams and the mini Baby haul. I hope you both have a wonderful new week much love to you both ❤️
Hi you two , love your baby shop . My daughter have bugaboo for her children , black base and had a light beige hood and accessories, she had a boy her 2nd was a girl so changed hood an acc for baby pink . She loved the bugaboo and really got plenty of use from it . She also had sheepskin liner which was brilliant. Hope this helps , looking forward to more baby shopping. X
I can highly recommend the Silvercross Reef! I was in York and asked a couple how the pram was and they loved it, copes super well on the cobbles as it has suspension on all 4 wheels! We ended up buying the same and it’s super easy to put up and down one handed and has the adapters for the car seat! I’ve also got the boucle rocking chair from mamas and papas 😂
We have the Bugaboo Fox 2 (I was gifted it from them before having my first) and it’s SO GOOD! We’ve now used it for two kids, and with the buggy board for our eldest while the baby is in it. Deffo a good investment, it’s huge but we really love it.
If you’re wanting a pram that’s amazing on all terrain try the Mamas and Papas Ocarro. I’ve used it with my son from birth and loved it! Really good on the streets in York too. I’ve heard the Egg prams are quite small so baby may grow out of it quicker if he’s long x
We had the egg almost 8 years ago and it lasted both of our kids to my second turning 2 and resold really quickly too! X same with the Mia sleigh and drawers, you definitely can re sell the decent quality pieces so softens the blow slightly 😂 love you both , congrats! X
From personal experience I wouldn’t buy a baby wardrobe, I would buy a normal one (if it’ll fit in the nursery) as then you won’t have to change it later as the small ones usually don’t fit bigger hangers. Hopefully that makes sense 😂
Prams are so expensive but they do last years! We bought one 6 years ago and it did for our second child as well, we got a grey one to be gender neutral! Btw My Protein website do drops in different flavours (in a dropper bottle) and it’s for food like porridge / Greek yoghurt etc to flavour 😊 loved the Vlog guys xx
@@DalePhoenix we weren’t. Tom literally just said pram shopping for HIM (not all men) is like going car shopping. Please don’t watch if you take offence
Bit of a stretch Dale, actually a BIG stretch, if you listened to him he said her excitement for this day shopping is like blokes for car shopping but also said that he was quite excited to go baby shopping…and he threw himself into it all from what I saw and was choosing too. If he was from the 40’s as you put it he would have had no part in this. Tom is the furthest thing (don’t know him but from watching their videos) from the stereotype you imply.
