Love your videos, just found you, Noah reminds me so much of my guy! I had the mirena IUD in for about 4/5 years, and also diagnosed with PCOS. I have had mine out for about 2 years. For the 1st time in my life my periods have been normal and less painful. Before the IUD i had irregular periods and the WORST cramps and bled so much, i became anemic. I dont think I will get back on BC again though, its been an emotional adjustment but ( for myself) I feel better of BC. So keep doing what you're doing, give yourself alot of patience and love when you get off of it and see what feels best for you. Sending you both so much love!!
