its crazy seeing your interaction with dealers compared to my interactions with them at the same show. A few of these same dealers didnt want to budge from their 150% comps. Wild what a camera does lol

He’s buying bulk amounts making people willing to flex the price. Guy isn’t stupid. He’s quite intelligent. A lot of the times someone asks what he thinks something is worth he makes them tell him what THEY think it’s worth, then negotiates from there. You’ve apparently never seen strong sales tactics, and he doesn’t hesitate he’s quick…good for this man

I could tell Ryan was a bit annoyed with the people that didn't want to price their stuff. That might be the most annoying thing at shows . I hate when they don't price their stuff and you start low and they act offended. Dude you know how much you want for the card just say it. I don't know what's worse that or the guy that has to look up an eBay comps for every card you point out . I don't want to stand their awkwardly as you have to look up prices for cards I'm not even that interested in.

This guy was SUPER cool, so very different, but agree with most places not having prices. I don’t go into grocery stores & ask for prices - i don’t expect anything here. I always say … can’t be the buyer & the seller

@@cardcollector2 you handled it very well and ended up getting a deal done I was impressed . Usually I get scolded about low balling them and walk off …. Thing is I don’t know prices like the back of my hand like you do lol. I see cards I like , but I just don’t know the value.

Id love to try & set up at a show somewhere sometime. I've collected for years, as you know, but only as a collector. Have NEVER sold 1 single card but as Im getting older need to thin down to my PC & would love then to go to someones PC. The only problem is pricing. There's such a wide variety on EBay, so it's hard to know what to charge. Afraid I'd be too slow mobing for some. I don't know, maybe its easier to sell to an LCS or something. Want to fiwnsize at some point so will have to do sometime. Aren't you exhausted some days? Wait til the baby comes. Doubt your wife lets you travel so much at that point.
