Silly people.. enjoy what we have now lol.. like we're all going to live hundreds of millions of years 😂😂 let alone a billion. Do you even feel like doing the math to figure out how many generations it'll take for your name to last a billion years?
@1misanthropist Allahu Akbar is a way of praying, so it's impossible to make a verb out of it better if you say "prayed" also your joke is not funny, and idc what you say about my comment cause you saying it offended me and any muslim in this world
@@Untraded duh, of course I have, the problem is, my best friend is on another school, I do have his number but he doesn't invite me to parties for some reason :\
Well, a billion years is a long time and as far as the solar system in concerned it's just a planets surface changing over time. Sometimes I like to think that nature and the universe really don't care about us, things just happen and slowly change over time
I recall the 2002 movie "The Time Machine" where the time traveller went to the year 635,427,810, or about two thirds of a billion years into the future. The movie showed the Earth as having more of a rustic-colored sky filled with heavy clouds (and of course a whole bunch of those skull-shaped Morlock cave entrance structures).
I read about how life on earth would be around that time (over 600 million years into the future) .. realistically Morlocks wouldn’t even be able to survive... 99% of all plants would go extinct (because Carbon dioxide levels would have plummeted), and because of that.. oxygen levels would be very low Any type of animal life would probably have an impossible time surviving because of that (unless the morlocks have evolved some insane survival strategies) other than that... I think the movie got the future earth almost right It’ll definitely not very hospitable for sure And Multicellular life in general is due to go extinct in about 800 million years as well
I know it may seem a bit old, but I highly recommend original movie from 1960; and while you're at it, check out 1954's "20,000 Leagues Under the Sea". I was a child of the 80s and 90s, but these two films from 1954 and 1960, respectively, despite their remake contemporaries, stayed with me
Yeah.. They don't wanna feel the reality ignoring of what we are, why & how do we live on the earth.. I think every body should keep an eye on science.. All they do is just give important to there own lifes.. Dosen't want to exlpore the outer space and new earth like planets to continue the human speicies....
Young Fuego Yes, we live in a time of cynicism, and there are plenty of problems to worry about, as there always have been. But we can at least appreciate the beauty around us, and there's no more beautiful a planet than the one we're on. So let's take good care of it!
Well, I have a funny thought about this... It's not that I'm trying to make fun of you or something, it's just a funny thought I have, but basically, you're saying that we're lucky to live now because... now we are living! :P
The earth is truly a beautiful planet , it’s such a shame there’s so much that is evil on it not every one is bad but you must admit there’s much of its population that is Hell bent
Nope, I talked to Shrek. He is on Andromeda at Area 97 and he told me earth is a mess in 2019. In depression he said: 2001 is where everything was beautiful and normal. I will be on earth after 1B Years...
A Cat hey, I had a convo with shrek as well, whatever shrek said to him is also what he said to me. he is soon moving from area 97 to area 69, and eventually area 420
After watching this video, I stepped outside and just sat for a solid 10 minutes. I listened to the birds chirping, the gentle waves of the lake I live on, and the distant sound of thunder. Songs of a planet full of life still
I just cried had little tear in my eyes as I thought how much money, how much jealousy, how much we humans use to fight each other to conquer and to just show our power on someone. After Watching this video I think That all this we are doing today Universe Will end it someday.............. We are like Nothing It's Time to Live a happy life of our short 100 years💖🫂
mars is too hot to sustain life. if it was hotter. what would that do. Mars temperature has extreme temperatures. either too hot or too cold depending on its position to the sun.

We would move on leaving our home planet long before this happens all while saving as much of Earths eco system as possible and I doubt for one second we would forget about Earth. I’m sure the parents of the future will tell the story of a once back water planet some 100s to 1000s of light years away, floating in a void of space long forgotten. Just like the story of Atlantis and one day the story of Earth 🌏
Who knows? Humanity may go extinct, but it may also become technologically advanced enough to depart the solar system and overcome some of our baser natures.
+stardude2006 if on Mars would happend this too, that mean that the earth is aready to hot for any living life, Mars is AFTER Earth, not before, witch mean that first the sun will overwarm the Earth, and then Mars
Very interesting but sad to see the unhealthy future of Earth by then. I was here on the 7th August 2020 7am in my local time in Amsterdam. Love to everyone there. ❤️😘
Its sad to know that in less than a billion years humanity will be no more on earth. But even if we travel to other planets we would not be "humans" we would be different species.
Infarlock We all come from fusion reactions within a star that died. Considering the solar system is approx 6 billion years old, the star that created the heavy elements needed for our existence was likely a giant that went supernova. So yes, our remains will be on a sweltering Earth for awhile and most likely be swallowed by a giant Sun. But it also might lead to a new beginning elsewhere in the galaxy. Who knows? Maybe “we” have already been through something similar billions of years ago.
No, he's right. All the water vapor would massively increase atmospheric pressure and cause a turbo-charged greenhouse effect, just like it happened on Venus.
It happen on billion years ago. when Venus was calmer. greenhouse effect was a lot lower and temperature was 15. and water was in liquid form. And an maginetic field. after billion years. i think that an asteroid impact and the maginetic field go off and the radiation & solar wind will evaporate the water and increase the greenhouse effect get high and the temperature increased the air get solar wind and become carbon dioxide. and the Venus is like today.
My theory is that Venus was always like a hell. In the early days of Earth, it was approximately 230 C where water could still exist at Venus-like pressures. Venus was slightly hotter because it was closer to the sun, maybe around 300C. At that temperature, the water immediately evaporated as it escaped the mantle. Without water to store CO2, Venus remained high in CO2. It's conditions remained remarkably stable during the solar evolution.
Except that the temperature of Venus is several times hotter than 100 celsius, and it has much more atmospheric pressure. Not even a space suit will allow a human to walk on Venus.
Future earth will be like present time mars... Just like mars use to be similar to present time earth... Makes you wonder if we go digging would we find anything on mars... within billions of years you wouldn't be able to notice the life forms that were on mars as they would of been buried rather deep... Makes ya wonder... Bastards probably hopped off mars to go to earth and had a crash landing and being humanity back to the beginning.
If Yellowstone doesn’t take us out and an asteroid doesn’t impact, Lake Toba (Largest supervolcano eruption location) certainly will in a few 100k years.
Oaz and we found human artifact in the past, like fast food restaurants and Walmart so actually our ancestors was Martian. We just copied them in earth.
No, don't you lie. I saw Shrek on Andromeda on area 97 and he told me earth is messy at 2019 and in 2001 everything was fine and beautiful, I'm not coming back until 1b years from now! +
Tore Lund maybe few hundreds years ago depends on country but its mostly 75-85 in europe in future it will be ez over 100 because of evolution and science progress ..
What if in 1 billion years we find a way to actually travel interstellar and we bring our earth along with us to the new location as a entire museum of our past.
@@xavierlauzac5922 well it depends what events your talking about. What j originally meant was sometime between now and 1 billion years we find the tech to move the planet. Obviously in 1 billion years it will be ruined. So maybe before hand.
damnit, I want 28-hour days NOW, I'm so damn busy, and don't get any sleep! I don't even know what I'm doing here on youtube, I should get back to work!
Ohmygod, 40K already?! Dude! You totally deserve it and I'm glad to see a cool, different RU-vid channel getting the attention it deserves. Maybe you'll get 50K by the end of the year? The cool thing is, the more subscribers you get the more things can start to snowball! :)
jay fawn My point: meaningless. It’s just our genetic coding which bombards all of us from even thinking about actually ending our lives. I’m not even depressed, by the way.
If trends in Western Democracy continue at this rate, Zionism will be the last thing buried by the sands of time... ... but of course, there's that bratty infidel secular nation called China
Sky would still be blue due to nitrogen, oxygen and carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. However Earth would likely be covered in white clouds due to the vast amounts of gaseous water.
well yellowstone national park is about to explode and when it does there will be no America lol. and the rest of the world can have their planet back again
@@oscard9643 You are dorks, he asked a totally valid question. Boiling too long does not apply here strictly, as not every place on earth and not all the time will keep on 100 degree Celsius, however, you dorks, boiling point of water depends on the pressure, and as oxygen, nitrogen and water vapor will leave earth, the atmospheric pressure will be lower, therefore boiling point of water will be lower - then the long boiling statement will apply strictly. This is why it is almost impossible to get a hot tea in high mountains.
This video has no sense of advancing technology. If technology continues to grow exponentially for a billion years solving any of these problems would be a piece of cake.
your great great great, 50 greats, 5000 greats, nonexistent grandchild will be like "what's that" then the world will just turn grey and everything will die 😂
Its literally like Mars 2.0. Not enough people know that Mars had an ocean and even though it was smaller than Earths, it still still gave life to the planet. At one point Mars was at least a tiny bit like earth and maybes could’ve had living organisms that died later on (various reasons)
This is assuming that we haven't evolved by then. Maybe none of these things would affect us because we would be evolved. After all, it would be billions of years from now. What are the chances that, 1: we wouldn't have evolved by then. 2: our technology would be so advanced. 3: we could probably have already mastered space travel, therefore being able to inhabit another planet, like Mars? 4: maybe we would have figured out time travel. I know all these things sound unrealistic, but we're talking about BILLIONS of years. A LOT, and I mean a whole lot can happen by then. We can't compare OUR current circumstances and technology and advancements here on Earth at this moment to where we will be billions of years from now.
I think if we can make a shield for the earth, then this would not happen. However, all people on earth must unite and investing all the resource for this purpose. We dim the sun lights might help the temperature reduce, decrease the effect of global warming.
I somehow think you don't have to worry about this, don't think any of us are going to be around by that time, 1,000,002,020 CE. Maybe some form of life descended from humans will exist then, but I doubt you would recognize them as our descendants.
Great prediction of the demise and disappearance of civilization and humanity on Earth, however, I don't believe the planet will seem so quite and peaceful as images suggests; the night-side of Earth may be much cooler for water to condense and the resulting atmospheric disturbance between hot and "cool" side of the planet should generate great storms and huge weather systems... it may be impossible for an observing visitor to stand on Earth and not get blown over with hurricane winds
I think it will be Venus-like, but with even higher pressure (our 3 km of average ocean will create 300 bars of vater vapour). So, the atmosphere will be very dark and cloudy, all the difference between day- and nightside will disappear.
