The innuendos during that hot dog scene……I was dying 💀😂 can’t wait to go back to USJ one day and visit Super Nintendo World for the first time! And honestly $2 for a water bottle compared to $4 standard in Australia sounds cheap as hell especially for a theme park - 2022!
thank you for all your videos! I've been watching all your Disneyland, Disneysea and USJ videos to psyche myself up as my family and I will be travelling to Japan this year! The last time we've been there was 2019, and no thanks to the pandemic nobody could travel at all. super excited to visit Japan again and cant wait to visit the parks!
As you're in Osaka, you should try and spend an afternoon in Ikoma to check out the bonkers kids amusement park on top of Mt Ikoma. (plus the hilarious cat train that takes you up the mountain)
Never thought I'd see the day when a water bottle costing to an equivalent of $2 would be considered expensive lmao Edit: After going to Universal Studios Hollywood, I'd be blessed by these prices at USJ
Yeah water bottle in japan is cheap, like below $1 in store or $1 on vending machine. Tbh, you can bring your own food and water from outside into USJ. I usually buy some sandwich and water from conbini outside of USJ on their citywalk and bring it to USJ for lunch since I usually try to get on as many rides as possible (I will eat while waiting on a ride)
@@tantohalim so essentially water is free, you are just paying for the bottle at that point. I’ve brought my own cokes to Universal Orlando and Hollywood. I don’t think you’re allowed to, but who’s to say that I didn’t buy it at City Walk, or at one of their resort hotels? I’ve never been stopped.
2022☺️ So my autistic son loves your channel and has the alerts on for new episodes. Of course it's a little shocking at 6am PST this morning when he rushed in to tell me there's a new video. Lol Just glad he has something so wholesome and fun to watch before school.
"2022"...The food is so adorable! I love your reaction to the "melting snowman" Lol. "Ho Ho Hotdog" makes me laugh! It's amazing to me how much fun I have watching you eat. The balloon us sure cute but that is a steep price. Always fun watching your videos!
The names! Universal Studio Japan hahahaha my mind got blown away Chris lol every time i eat a chicken and tomato i surely remember santa! Hahaha Happy 2022 Chris! You made my day lol
I was in USJ on January 3, and I saw you walking through the park, but wasn't sure if it was you. I think you had just finished filming your Santa's Stuck! bun. Keep up the good work!
The tree is gorgeous. Did you dip your chips in the egg yolk of your pizza? Thank you for sharing your day with us. The food was rather weird. The melted Snowman I would have thought would be an ice cream sundae not hot rice. The sauce looked nice though. The white stuff on the hotdog looked like potato salad. The belt looked like seaweed and tofu, but obviously weren't. Here's hoping 2022 is a fantastic year for all of us. Continue making the great and varied park content that you do. It is VERY much appreciated. 明けましておめでとうございます(hope google translate worked properly).
Thanks for posting these videos! I still have my fingers crossed that i'll be able to fly over from the US to Japan in April. Although that is looking less and less likely. I want to go just for all the snacks. :)
Thank you for watching, Rebecca! Sadly, I don't think Japan will reopen by April for tourists. We don't know for sure, but it's not looking likely. I have information on our website that we keep updated. tdrexplorer.com/when-will-japan-reopen/
Happy 2022! I love the Flying Dinosaur! I was sad I didn't get to ride it last time I went to USJ, but I will next time... whenever Japan opens up again and I can go~ Also, now I want to try making an eggs benedict pizza.
Happy 2022~ eventhough it's March now lol. The Christmas food are well... Urm... Not for me 😂 especially the santa's butt! How could anyone put together brown and bottom in a food 😂
2022 - happy new year, chris! 🎊thank you so much for bringing a sense of normalcy with each upload... your videos have always helped ease my anxiety. i laughed so hard at the "ho-ho-hot dog" and your reaction, as well as the santa butt 🤣 i am excited for your adventures this year!
Happy 2022 hon. Also last day of Christmas is Jan 6th. Epiphany aka Three Kings Day celebrated by sooooo many people! When we come-I’ll make sure to post when I’m there treats for you from Canada and Texas!
Hiii I know this is super random but I was curious if they have any food and drink that are gluten free and lactose free its my dream to go universal in Japan and Disney and I was just curious if they have those options. Btw I love your channel!!! ✨✨
The theme parks don't have things advertised as such (sometimes vegetarian but that's not common either). It's best to ask at every restaurant when you go.
Disney used to be affordable? Maybe we were just extremely poor but my parents were only able to take us 1 time in the 90s and I know plenty of kids who never got to go at all. I grew up in the sf Bay Area so it wasn’t too far but it was something we defiantly had to budget for.
i dont know why i thought you said melting cream soda so when you started pointing out an olive was on top and theres a meatball and veggies in their and I was like hold up whats going on?! then rewinded it and realized its a cream risotto not cream soda lol
The borders are closed to all tourists at the moment and has been since 2020. I have information on our website with updates: tdrexplorer.com/when-will-japan-reopen/
We love your videos Chris! Code word is 2022! We’re planning to use our flight vouchers to come to Japan in 2023 and we’re going to give you an email to help us get the best out of it. When would you say we should start contacting you if we’re coming in April 2023?
Why is universal studios so busy in Japan? Ive never seen the waits that high in america especially the single rider line being almost as long as the stand by line. Do they have bigger capacity limits or something?
It's one of the most visited theme parks in the world, usually in the top 5 for most visited. Granted, these times I showed aren't what it can get to when its at full capacity.
@@tdrexplorer wow that's wild. I would honestly think if the wait times were consistently that high they would reduce the amount of tickets they sell. People can only ride 1-2 rides before the park closes, id be a little disappointed.
Some of that food just didn't look appetizing! 😆 As a tourist, I'm not going to this park until I'm guaranteed entry into Nintendo World, because that would be the only reason for me to go that park (versus Hollywood or Florida, much closer to home).
If you buy the Express Pass that gives you an entry time into Super Nintendo World. I imagine this system is gonna be in place for quite a while. I have information up on our website about all this! tdrexplorer.com/super-nintendo-world-guide/
I will be sad if I travel 8 hours by plane to USJ and can't get into super mario world it happened with big band beat at disney sea, went there twice and no luck with lottery
Sadly, that's how it is. If you want to have guaranteed entry then getting an Express Pass with Mario Kart or Yoshi gives you a timed entry automatically.
