Definitely go in the summer to make cheese! That scenery was beautiful. The snow on the branches, the mountains in the background, and listening to you crunch as you’re walking. We’re way behind getting snow in Connecticut and I miss it. How do you find all of these places to stay? I wish they had left a journal for people who stayed to write a message. Please stay safe.,
