Spherical Coordinates (Volume Below Cone, Inside Sphere) 

In this video, we use two restrictions and polar coordinates in order to find the volume constrained by said restrictions. This is a simple but concrete example of how spherical coordinates can greatly simplify the calculations required to solve a problem.
