I feel like the 4 fit all genres of music and Geri didn’t. Geri’s voice is so flat and just doesn’t sound good in this type of song. I’m glad Victoria got the recognition she deserved. In my opinion, she was the Madonna of the group, she could do it all.

I think if Mel C had it her way, the third album would’ve been more rock like step to me, pain proof, next best superstar, very personal from her heart lyrically etc… Geri would’ve been more pop/vintage/disco Madonna inspired, also Jazz flare Emma would’ve been Motown, 60s vibes, ballads etc.. Victoria is more sultry flavour like Saturday Night & Denying (also theatrical like Lady Is A Vamp), but she’s also very R&B, Mel B adds a good flavour of rap and heavily R&B, urban raw kind a like the demos of the first album. . This band was definitely the true definition of Spice.. so many different flavours that come together that create a delicious meal. The second album is clearly the best as it showcased all of their personalities and talent .

3:17 Mel C is most definitely singing "Come and Play" but since the song has been released, nobody can clarify if that is what is said in the studio recording. The studio recording sounds like "Follow and play" and every single lyric database says "Follow me" which it isn't. I'm still wondering
Not when she sang her solo hits at party at the park, or at the vmas, or with pavarotti & friends, or promoting her songs in America. Baby Spice sounded very pitchy and breathy a lot of times

@@Daydream30583 huh? She wasn’t there for goodbye either, but performed it in this tour. It has nothing to do with her being there, it has everything to do with Geri being a terrible singer and dancer. Her voice does not fit “Hollar” at all
Their documentary shows that she's trained to perform in theaters. Basically a theater actress. She sings but probably not for pop and they haven't been performing a lot during this time.
I loved this so much. My absolute favorite performance from them. It’s hilarious people consider them “bloody awful” and then we look at what you consider good and it’s horrendous

Geez they sound like haorse, out of tune men. Mel B sounds rough Mel C sounds like a cat Victoria sounds like a deer in headlights Emma sounds OK but on the weak side Wow. They ruined a good production from Rodney Jerkins.
