As a child, the whole family watched this clip on TV, there are 5 of us in the family, after 25 years everything has changed, my father lives separately already, my brother and sister are also separately with their families, I stayed with my mother and I always listen to this song and remember my warm childhood when we lived with the whole family under one house. I really miss those times, I want to return to this period at least for a few minutes and watch this clip again with my whole family. Now it is this song that I associate with my childhood in the circle of my family. Appreciate every second of your life and your loved ones. It is very difficult when separation takes its toll.

This song was played at the funeral of a boy from my church who sadly committed suicide in 1998. He was only 11 or 12 years old at the time and I remember being 15 and crying so hard at the funeral, as his small white coffin was being carried into the church with this song playing. RIP Matthew, gone but even after all these years never forgotten. 🙏🏾

This song brings back my innocent childhood where I used to wait whole day on MTV for this song to appear. There was this favorite Grand Aunt of mine who loves this song. She was cool, kind, loving, and loved by everyone around her. Back in the early 2000s, this is the song she used to play this on her tape while she prepare delicious dumplings for everyone. Today she passed away, now I can't help but cry like a little boy listening to this song. I'm sorry if I make you sad but yeah hope after some years, if I'm alive, I'll come back often to check this comment and remember her again.

I think i understand the symbolism of the boy and the fairies locked in the Rubik's cube. When you lose someone, you hold close to your heart. It can be confusing and conplicated when you want to move on, and you wanna try to find solutions to help figure out how to do that, but despite it, it can be done, even if it may not be easy.

Oh man, I'll never forget when 8 year old me first saw this on TV back then. I am a male and wasn't "into" the Spice Girls (but thought they were cool of course, especially since all the girls at school dressed and acted like them :P ), and this video blew me away. I felt so melancholic and nostalgic for things I hadn't truly experienced yet, and it was amazing. I'll never forget how this song and video made me feel back then, as it is still the same every time I experience it decades later.

my mom died two days ago after fighting on the icu for a while. makes me sit in my old bedroom at my parents' house, listening to songs that made my childhood at 3am and missing her dearly. this is how i rediscovered this masterpiece and it reminds me of the late night drives from her and me when we visited my grandparents back then. it would always play in the radio and made me feel like the main character in my pre school years. it's comforting me a lot right now. and bringing her closer to me.

I remember when I first saw this video and heard the song, I didn't really understand what was happening and was always tearing up, feeling sad. Guess what? Here I am, 26 years of age and I stumbled upon this video totally random, watched it and teared up again. Also I finally understood the concept of the video and the meaning of song which made me even more sad... I lost a friend at a young age. "she's not feeling well", then the news spread, Geri has left the Spice Girls and the world's heart broke. Everyone has thir, favourite, but everyone knew, they'd never be the same without Ginger. We prayed and prayed, that Geri would come back, and the Spice Girls would be whole again. Then they released goodbye and we all knew, it was over. We cryedour hearts out, listening to Goodbye. It was like the death of Yet another legend. Like the day Queen lost Freddie Mercury, or the Beetles lost John Lennon. We all knew she wasn't coming back, and all we could do was sit back and watch her waste away to a shadow of her former self, as she got thinner, and thinner, singing songs that had no real meaning to her anymore. Scntzophonic being the last time she sang her heart out. We cried, we raged, we gave Mel B grief. We couldn't bring ourselves to listen to the girls without Geri. They tried to reform, but alot of us where still grieving and couldn't bring ourselves to believe they where back for good, and yet again they disappeared from our lives. Viva Forever, the song that broke our hearts.

I've always had a memory of seeing this music video as a toddler. For some reason it really affected me back then and the memory stuck with me for years, sometimes I'll remember that feeling i felt as a child, it was a feeling of emptiness and sadness. I tried to look up the music video for years but I didnt know the name of the song or who it was sung by. But this came up in my reccomended and I was honestly speechless, after years of looking I found it. Watching it brings back that one memory I never forgot for some reason.
