I live in Chengdu City, the capital city of Sichuan province where Malatang originates. It's a common street food here and it's also very cheap. I am quite surprised with their pricing there but that's okay if the taste replicates the original..Sichuan spices and dishes are one of the spiciest in the world and even up until now I am still adjusting my stomach with all of these Sichuan spices.. The milk and the bottle of red iced tea are the perfect partners for it... It will be my first time going back to the PH in July since 2019 and I can't wait to try this out and compare the taste. I know I will be missing Malatang so much since I will be back in the PH for a month so thank you for this recommendation Megan and Mikael.:)
