SPICY CHICKEN WITH SOUR BAMBOO SHOOT 

INGREDIENTS
800gm of chicken pieces (bone-in)
150gm of sour bamboo shoot slices
1/3 cup of mustard oil
1 bay leaf
1 tsp of cumin seeds
1 large onion, sliced
1 tbsp of freshly crushed ginger garlic paste
6 green chillies, slit lengthwise
1 tsp of ground red chilli
1 tsp of ground coriander
1/2 tsp of crushed black pepper
1 tsp of meat masala (ready made)
5 leaves of culantro
salt to taste
some chopped coriander leaves
NOTE - Adjust the spices according to your taste.
