Ingredients:-
Potato Dough
- 466g Potatoes
- 200g Potato starch -
- 150ml Water
Seasoning
- 1Tsp Chopped garlic
- 1Tsp. Chili powder
- 1/2tsp CastorSugar
-1Tbsp Soy sauce
-1Tbsp Chopped green onion
- 2Tbsp oil
1)cut potato into small cubes.
2)in a boiling water add salt ,chopped potatoes &cook until soft.
3)Mashed!
4)Add potato starch ,water into mashed potatoes mix well until well combined.
5)Make a flat ball in mushroom shape.
6)Add potato buttons into boiling water & boil until 2min 30sec.
7)take out buttons after completely cooked and put immediately into ice cold water .
8)take out from the ice bowl & it's ready for seasoning..
9) put all the ingredient over potato buttons & pour hot oil over that & mix well.
10) sprinkle some sesame seeds & enjoy...
