Love korean's take on pasta. A quick tip for the cutting of the baguettes. Use a serrated edged knife to slice the bread is way easier and more efficient. It will also not compress the bread as its being sliced.

Rice was also first grown in China, then Italians should not make Risotto either. Noodles and pasta are made with the same ingredients. and these foods are universal. so it is very unreasonable to say that pasta is Italy. but the pasta's sauce may be native to Italy.

it's funny they put so much oil in the pasta water and use oil to coat the pasta after cooking you don't need that because you want the sauce to stick to the pasta later

The technique is infeasible for this much pasta at once. If not covered in fat, the pasta would stick to one giant glob. I agree that not adding oil is the superior way in a home kitchen, but the technique just doesnt scale to operations like these.
