I have been eating enoki mushrooms for years and they are just so so good. The texture is honestly unmatched. Although I haven't been brave enough to try the spicy version but now that I've seen your video I think I might give it a go

Just watched this and immediately went to my kitchen and made it. So good! To my surprise I only had just enough gochujang to make it. Time to get more, lol. Most recipes I find for this just says to use fire sauce. Was happy to find a recipe that has more to it

It is very delicious and creative way to cook spicy enoki mushrooms ❤. I usually stir fried meats with enoki mushrooms or add it to hot pot soup with meat and vegetables.

Hi mr cannon! Yes they’re perfect for leftovers or packing for lunch! I don’t recommend eating it cold though. It tastes great warm on a bed of white rice :)

I don't have enoki mushrooms nor do I have the spicy sauce and the spices and I don't think it's available in my country,also I'm not a fan of online shopping but here I am watching this video just for your humor and charm!!!♥️
I wish I could get these mushrooms. I live in Louisiana and there's no places around me that have any, and I don't feel comfortable ordering them incase it takes too long and the spoil. :/
Mushrooms are the one thing that me and my mom agree on that are disgusting everything else we have completely opposite taste but we both hate mushrooms
@@lookcatchu What you're looking for is kaomoji (顔文字, face character), lots of websites got them copy'n'paste ready, google keyboard on android got them baked in, windows too (win key + "."), if you want to manually create them, then you need Japanese IME (Input Method Editor) on any of your devices otherwise you can't access nor type the characters.
