I think Lena and Ian were the only ones who didn't drink milk to wash it down before their time . Lena didn't do a pre-shot of pepto bismol either, so she won on many levels. Wena!
Agreed! One of the hardest parts of the challenge is choking the dry chip down. That part is hot and you have to fight the urge to throw up, but about a minute into it the pain ramps up. By 5 mins, it’s practically unbearable. You need constant liquid in your mouth and when you drink it, your mouth starts on fire again in an agonizing way.
2:28:56 is the best fucking time stamp there’s so much chaos, it starts with old man love, then Olivia explaining you can overdose on pepto bismal which makes love die laughing and then a quick shot of ab sadly eating cereal looking destroyed and then Ian staring into the abyss
Zach should honestly make a little theme song for all the crew members for when they come up to sit next to Ethan. The “Ian the salaried employee” song is incredible every time
he was the first one I noticed resting their arms on the table & touching their legs, it was so clear that someone was gonna get a crumb in their eye 😢
Chasing Olivia with the camera reminded me of those Maury episodes where they'd be like "Amy you're deathly afraid of pickles, so we brought out a giant tray of pickles!" And they would film the person cowering in the corner 😂
I agree! He is not physically in person but paid attention to little details that would save one of them from suffering. That’s what she means. Has anyone touched their eyes after cutting a hot pepper? Lol
H3 crew, I’m a long time watcher and long time fan of the podcast, as well as a community member for almost 2 years. I was pregnant at the same time as Hila with my second child. Unfortunately, I am living a parents worst nightmare. My son passed away at 2 months and 6 days old last week. Your podcast has been the main thing making me smile lately. Thank you all.
My heart breaks for you. I am so, so sorry. I cannot begin to imagine the pain you are in. Just know that tonight I honor your son with positive thoughts and feelings of love. Hang in there Katelynn. You can get through this.
I do not have any children but I have 4 Nephews and I couldn’t even imagine the pain of them being gone. I am so sorry you are dealing with this sorrow. Over time it will lessen, mourning will never end but the strength of the pain will over time. Stay strong and keep listening to h3. I also advice taking up a plant hobby and I could totally help you get into it if your interested, it has helped me through a lot as well and it’s so rewarding and therapeutic 💖💖💖 peace and love
My favorite thing is when Ethan says “so, anyways” after a moment of silence. He could have been talking about the most absurd thing ever and he just glosses over it with “so, anyways.” It’s hilarious
I don't see enough appreciation for how down bad AB was after eating that chip😂man literally finished the show covered in dirt and piss from rolling on the bathroom floor😭
@@monacorona it happened a few ways but mostly by getting desensitized to it. There was a guy i thought was super hot and I was in love with and he got too drunk and sick and I had to take care of him one night. Before that I hadn't been around vomit or thrown up for like 18 years 😂 Then I started taking medicine that made me like projectile vomit on my sheets one night and that desensitized me Then I started drinking A LOT and getting drunk a lot and eventually I just threw up so much and spent so much time around people throwing up that I got mostly used to it Now I can deal with my own vomit super easy and when people close to me are sick I don't panic but when I'm around people I don't know and I feel like they're gonna be sick my heart starts POUNDING and I still want to leave the area so its not a perfect system but it definitely worked
@@monacorona before this, if anyone around me even looked like they would be sick, coughing or anything I would run out of the room, get anxious, and cry
I always come back to rewatch this because it just gets me every time. AB especially, he comes back from the bathroom like he’d been in the wilderness for 6 weeks. The way Ethan was trying to look after everyone was so wholesome too ‘I’ll help you out here’ and the straight Pepto-Bismol chugging
I don't hold out much hope, but I'm also crossing my fingers that Zach will soundbite his own 59:28 - "Oh! I feel it in my thoracic cavity." 😄 (Also good was near the end of the podcast where Ethan said, "It's already inside me!")
Drowning in 10 feet of water & drowning in 2 feet of water is still drowning. Just because he didn't eat as much doesn't mean he didn't set his mouth on fire for someone who didn't even give a shit🤷🏼♀️
Zach constantly chiming in with "it's awful" or "dude it is so bad, I'm telling you" as if he were on the same boat as everybody else and they were going through some kind of rite of passage together, and everybody checking up on him while Cam is literally perishing with the actual challenge is top level comedy
I'm with Ethan on this, I don't think it matters if you eat the whole thing or just a small piece. Maybe it will be worse down the road, but the initial impact is pretty much the same no matter how much you eat.
@@ЕркинКонстантин if he ate a decent size I'd agree but he just had a crumb. With a bigger piece there's just sooooo many spice particles + chip surface area that can make contact. He's not on the same level at all😂
I don't remember ever wheezing as hard as I did when AB came back slurring, not remembering that it was likely him that hurled in the kitchen sink. The fact that Ian sensed AB's hand through the wall was incredible too. I was glued to my phone watching this episode. 11/10
I like how they’ve been doing 3 and a half hour long episodes for the past 5-6 months already and Dan still always tries to end the live as soon as the episode hits 2 hours
I know 😂 Dan kept throwing up excuses after excuses, not to mention that I saw his sly idea to take the Pepto before everyone else started, to solidify his excuse
Poor Ian just wanted to fucking leave, kept playing the "Thank you for watching" scene for a quick second. Don't think I've ever laughed so much throughout an episode. I love that Zach, Ian, and Love can do these little things that show their humor or what they are thinking at any given time without even needing to speak. Their personalities are streamlined right into the show.
Ethan berating Zack and telling him he has a show to run while he’s dying from the piece he ate is so fucking funny oh my god hahahaha like my man still ate one of the hottest peppers known to man
I know lmfao no matter how much you eat as long as it was in his mouth and stomach… tbh the amount you eat shouldn’t matter too much as long as it touches the same areas… Ethan even said the same thing to Olivia. treated Zach like he ate a damn hot cheeto😂
Ethan’s reaction😂 He literally felt every bit of pain 😂 Ab landed in another dimension! Ian’s eyeballs popped out of their sockets! Zach almost suffocated! Cam puked! And Lena was just straight chillin😂
@@crabfaced milk isn’t cream though. It’s creamy, but it’s milk. You don’t make ice cream by putting ice in milk. It’s a different process. That’s like saying because you put SUV tires on your motorcycle it’s an SUV
Everyone was just having fun and putting on a good show doing what they’re comfortable with. Them shitting on it was part of the show. There’s no reason to actually care that he only took a small bite.
