Spicy Ginger Drink Emudru/3mudru
Winter is setting in and it's that time of the year when coughs and colds are common. We need some ginger drink to boost our immune system.
ingredients
ginger - 1.6kg
water - 5litres
dried whole chilli - 5g or as needed.. Very spicy so..depending on how spicy u want it..
cloves 25 -30g
sugar 800-1000g - as needed- to your taste

In the Caribbean we do not use pepper. We leave it to ferment for 5days to develop a natural fizz or for quicker results we add small amount of bakers yeast grains.
