Let’s get a hot & spicy Korean Army Stew, also known as Budae Jjigae! This flavorful stew is made with Spam, ham, sausages, kimchi, gochujang, spring onions, garlic, cheese and tofu simmering in a spicy broth.
It was prepared for the first time after the Korean war, using surplus food supplies from the US army bases and local Korean condiments.
This stew is the perfect hearty meal to share with friends!
