To be honest, when I played this game, I wasn't expecting scream too. But then again, Peter and mj have been through a lot, so this fight was going to be a good way of them working out their problems, plus Mj telling Jameson she quits, was gutsy of her. Jameson is a terrible boss and we all know it.

The Scream symbiote really tapped into MJ's negative emotions about Peter. How being Spider-Man neglected most of his responsibilities at home, at his job, and especially with spending time with MJ and practically forcing her to hold their financial and romantic obligations all together.

These are all thoughts MJ has had at least once, but she's silenced them because of what you said. Scream is turning off the rational part of her brain, and as such, she says all those things.

This fight scene between Peter and MJ was so awesome. Even though she said all of those things to peter while they were fighting, the fact that it was true what peter said to her, she too is strong like him so many ways and they do make a great team, and I just loved it when she said to JJJ that she quit, like she couldn't be anymore of a bad-ass. I bet that this right here is why Stan Lee said in the first game, that they were always his favorites, and mine too.

When I was a little kid I remember going on a Spider-Man ride where he's fighting a bunch of villains including Scream. Back then I barely knew anything about Venom let alone any of his children so when I saw Scream I assumed that she was MJ with the Venom symbiote given her color scheme. Hey so, a tip to play this bossfight is that whenever she screams she is vulnerable to getting attacked. She always screams after throwing those fire rock things and after parriable attacks or crush attacks. Hope this helps!

Its cool seeing Insomniac creating their own versions of characters arcs & stories within their universe which makes it refreshing to a degree. But i really feel they crammed too much towards the final act when Venoms takes over points of the city. Aside from Agent Venoms appearance towards the middle part of the game, having Scream, the Knull symbiote army, and Anti Venom all crammed into the final acts seemed a bit like overkill. They could have paced Peters time with the suit more better throughout the story in my opinion and could have saved the known named symbiotes for a 3rd installment with better room to flush them out. But overall it was fun seeing them nonetheless.

This. Right here. Is one of my favorite boss fights. It's not even about fighting a symbiote possessed scream/MJ but it's about the dialogue throughout the fight. And that kiss at the end of everything was truly a chief's kiss. This game gave more depth and justice to both Peter and MJ then the recent run of comics and I love everything about it! The dialogue was so deep and well written in this fight! It made the fighting struggle feel more intense and alive. The voice actors once again did a phenomenal job!

I was really surprised with seeing a Life Foundation symbiote in the game, especially Scream no less. Though she looks a bit funny with the red not being metallic like the comics. Makes her look like she's covered in pizza. Not hating on the game, I just find it funny. I understand that the shiny red might not look good in a 3D perspective.

In a way the other offspring of Venom are in this game too. The symbiote goons you fight somewhat resembles Riot, Agony, Lasher and Phage. And there is of course the build up for Carnage at the end of one of the side stories. I still can’t believe they included Scream, Agent Venom and Anti Venom in this game in a way that makes a lot of sense. I have high hopes for the third and possibly final game

this game is a blessing. SPOILERS: the moment when you get to play as venom and destroy everyone in oscorp was my absolute highlight. i am a massive venom fan, so this was just a spectacular event do have. also seeing SCREAM in this was another moment that gave me chills and i had to pause the game for a second to realize what amazing stuff is happening in this very moment

If you’re a massive venom fan, recommend Ultimate Spider-Man if you haven’t played it already, half the game is playing as venom and the combat with him is extremely fun, and brutal. Could also free roam with him too

i'm surprised harry didn't turn her into scream sooner. i figured either she would've been at the table acting strange like harry was, or wasn't in the room when peter showed up and he asked where is she and then she walks in as scream
