3:00 I love how nonchalantly Harry is after throwing dropping Spider-Man and seeing him fall like a stone and how the taxis stop for a bit and just continue on their day like a teenager didn't just fall from the sky and probably have severe injuries
Sherief Woodard Nah, he had Spider-Sense, it was just more subtle than usual, for the most part - Civil War in particular shows it off more than once without any sound effects, so it’s hard to pick up on first time around. It only started failing at the beginning of FFH, though in end it got a massive boost, letting him dodge automatic gunfire from invisible drones in an enclosed corridor.
@@mercury2751 Been a year, but I'm pretty sure someone did, actually - they just deleted their comment. You can see the name of the person I was replying to at the start of my comment.
Bruh I almost suffocated cuz my wheeze just wouldn't end🤣🤣🤣 it went for so long my weeze went silent but like I was still weezing u know? Holy shit thank you for point this part out
Spiderflop Spiderflop Hits the ground like a water drop With the reaction time Of a wall Like humpty dumpty he'll have a great fall Look out! Here comes the Spiderflop
I like how at 10:24 Sandman lands first and then Spider-Man unlike the other fails on the train rails because he was falling first. Creative way to reuse the same two animations for half a dozen fail outcomes.
It may be a shit game... but you gotta admit. Most game devs wouldn't take the time to add in a separate qte fail state for EVERY qte. You gotta respect it.
I love how some of the failed qte's for the bosses actually depict a more realistic scenario of what would happen to Spider-Man if he tried some of his tricks, Like sandman countering an obviously choreographed punch, blocking him with a shield, or knocking him out when he saw him jump from the train. Also Kraven easily punishing him with a knife for trying to web pull him when he had the knife at the ready, and Kingpin throwing Spider-Man off when he tried to jump on him.
@@MaxiemumKarnage no I never even played the GBA version because by that time it was obsolete and I was only playing on console. I never got JUST a gameboy game of a licensed game because the GameBoy version was a simpler more dumbed down version of the console version. So, I'd either just get the console version or both versions. If it was a GameBoy only game obviously I'd get the GameBoy version.
0:19 Woman: HELP, PLEASE, SOMEONE!!! *Spidey tries saving her but falls flat to the ground* Woman: I’m going to die *Building explodes* And that was Spider-Man 3 everybody 😂
It honestly makes Spidey a more impressive hero if all it takes is one punch to totally wreck him. If you're that fragile and you're running around fighting criminals, you must be one ballsy guy.
In fact, video games never reflect the reality of Spiderman's abilities, he is super resistant in comics, he can withstand a lot of things, blows, burns, torture, electrification, beatings, etc.
Nor do they reflect his real strength Spiderman is capable of killing his enemies with a single blow, he was able to lift the bugle, tanks, cars, and well in games he can barely carry one
16:26,Rip Spider man 2002-2007,maybe this is the reason why tobey Maguire didn't want to be in spider man 4 D;,Fixed too 2002 cus its the same actor XD
Lmao, I always used to fail on all of them just to see what they were. I also somehow thought in my little kid mind that him failing makes it more "realistic"
I love how in Spider-man 2 when you dive off of buildings and crash into the ground the guy always lands on his knee caps with a cracking noise. Laughably too painful for words.
I find it funny how half of these can basically be summed up as “if the villains were the ones doing the QTEs and they succeeded” Aka half of these ain’t even spidey’s fault, the villains just deny his attack.
