What i like about this story is how grounded it is, and since it's a one-shot, it doesn't exaggerate the consequences of when the hero decides to kill his enemies. Peter, in this story, is written as a pure anti-hero from the start. But he is still rational and good-hearted in the sense of not going down the "slippery slope" of becoming a full feldged, serial killing sociopath like Frank Castle or Injustice superman. He knows when to stop. He tries doing the right thing and apprehends his enemies instead of killing them on the spot because he knows its the right thing to do. He only killed when he felt he had no choice, like when his enemies attacked his family or his girlfriend, which is a line that no normal man would tolerate and resolve to kill them. In the end, he gets rewarded despite his actions because, unlike Castle, he knows when to stop crusading and actually tries to find a peaceful life. Most stories like this end with the hero becoming something worse than his enemies or oin to jail im glad peter gets rewarded in this timeline
@@UvwevweveOsas1 It’s not the same. Peter’s costume has changed from a red orange to a pretty dark red. Same with Miles’, though his was always red so it’s hard to tell.
It would be funny if Castle not only stumbled onto Spider-Punisher's suit, but also accidentally got bitten by the same spider that gave Peter his powers lol
Some spiders like tarantulas can live up to become 20 years old. Dont let them get that old, it's when they start to learn magic and you dont want magic spiders using polymorph to turn into spiderbears and eat you while you're taking a crap
You know silk has the same origin, but due to being bit by the same spider as Peter, they have weird side effects including them being very horny near each other. Now imagine Frank Castle instead of Silk
@@johnnygyro2295 spiders are usually seen as a warden of magic, either being a familiar or some demonic insect, and in many fantasy setting they also have magical powers, especially the old ones grow to gigantic sizes and learn to cast magic
I swear EVERY single time Spider-Man works at maxium potential he's practically UNSTOPPABLE😭. We saw the same with Assassin Spider-Man. And then there's when Ultimate Nick Fury and The One Abive All claimed he would be the GREATEST villain the world had ever seem. So much so that Nick Fury made an entire unit dedicates to stopping a TEENAGER😭 And then theres characters from the future like Cable and 2099 who speak of his GREATNESS....if only we were actually ALLOWED to see this greatness in the 616😭. He seemed well on his way in the Parker Industries Arc but that LITERALLY went up in flames🤦♂️
I mean yeah thats the point of Spider-Man's story. Thats part of his struggle, many of his problems could dissapear if he just killed his villains and put them down for good himself but that isnt really what Spider-Man stands for. Seeing a Spider-Man who choses to kill is cool but I'll always prefer the original Spider-Man because of his unwillingness to give up on people even if they're a lost cause.
Yeah, but it is scarier to go commit crimes, when you garantee to get bullet between eyes from dude who could drop on you from the sky or throw a car in you.
if they commit multiple, and periodically, which is what most likely happens so some people. the numbers would go down a quite a bit more by taking down a single person
@@greyish7212 I mean, when you live in Gotham and see Batman coming at you, you do not afraid of him. Maximum he can do - broke some ribs and put you in hospital. I never understood why his threats are scary to anyone, like holding you from roof by a leg, he's not gonna drop you or anything. And villainy isn't risky when you put in prison make from holes where you can escape next issue.
Considering Batman is just as crazy as his villains and is trying to hold back, no I’d be at least worried of being near him. Plus there are times when Batman stops caring and that’s when he starts being more brutal. It’s scarier knowing Batman CAN kill you but chooses not to. Even when he does his usual intimidation tactics. Plus the guy hand out with the Justice League and I think that’s where a lot of the fear comes from as well.
I read this comic a few months ago and genuinely liked it. I would love to see more spider-man "what if....?" comics in the future. My idea was what if peter parker took the super-soldier serum
I always did like this what if version of spider man not only cause he’s badass and epic because of his suit BUT also he gets a happy ending he lives peacefully and even still lives with Gwen which is ironic when you think about
Hey I really like your videos they are to the point and comedic, could I draw you up a mask design for your image ? I do like the simplicity of the surgical mask and glasses with you twirling the stick (very nightwing-esk) but a distinguished original mask might be cool. Don’t know up to you
Idk about y'all, but to me superheroes questioning themselves after one person dies is getting pretty old, you are telling me a guy that dresses up with a goofy costume and goes out every night to beat random crooks and mentally ill people into a coma because his mum died 10 years ago is only now feeling like he is doing the wrong thing? Superheroes are supposed to be going against the world in order to help people even if what they do is illegal and a bit questionable, that's the point Isn't it?
*_#DUDE_**_,_** please **_#IGNORE_** the jerks who keep asking for longer vids. my first world brain's attention span was specifically built for these **_#VIDBITS_**_ _**_#EXCESIOR_*
Yeah i cant stand that troph oh im doing more harm then good even though your methods was a good thing and Norman was a threat so he did the right thing
