Another Fun Fact: almost every male Spider-themed hero has made some sort of deal with Mephisto at one point. Miles Morales and his teammate Brawn made a deal to rewind time so that they could save Ms. Marvel and Viv Vision from an untimely death during one of their missions. The cost was that Miles failed to save a woman he had saved in the previous timeline. Ben Rielly made a deal with Mephisto to save a little girl he was trying to cure and fix his tained soul as a result of his multiple resurrection. Mephisto set up Ben to get killed, but he got revived, and as a result, he was sociopathic. This would last until his death and ressurection during the events of Spidergeddon, which gave him a clean slate. That is until he started working for Beyond Corporation where they took advantage of him, altered his mind which then led to events that caused him to fall into a substance that changed him into a villain known as Chasm. Otto Octavius during his 2nd chance as the Superior Spider-Man made a deal with Mephisto to give that up in exchange to becoming Doctor Octopus again so that he could defeat a variant of Norman Osborn with Spider powers. Literally, the only male Spider-hero that hasn't made a deal with Mephisto is Kaine and it probably should stay that way.
