In order to get ready for the game I just played the old one and it helped me get the platinum for Miles Morales in about a day. It is honestly a great game. Couldn’t ask for better
Same here dude 😂 I made a new save on ultimate difficulty for the first game before playing this so I got the 100 combo before capturing rhino on spectacular lol
they have challenges that are “get a 10x combo” to a normal player who hasn’t played that’s not that easy but to most of the fan base that no lifed the first game that’s literally nothing
This game has good graphics, huge and well drawn backgrounds with lots of stuff and enemies on screen at the same time. The characters are also very detailed and the animation is good.
@@dog8438 I agree. It did, for the most part. Few very small frame dips, noticeable too, bit overall great. MM wasn't a next gen game though. I don't think we'll see one of those for another Year or two yet
@@ArmaniGaming7 They tell you how to do flips, and considering this guy tried to figure it out for 45 minutes as he said in the video, clearly it doesn't tell you how to do the Thinker Dive
Venom attacks and web spin throws into other enemies or objects is the most efficient way to build up high combos in either Roxxon or Underground bases. I tend to pick the more closed in Roxxon labs as everyone is more bunched together.
Every time someone suggests a faster way of getting around the map in games like this, it's predecessor, and Prototype, where traversal is such a big part of the in game mechanics, I find myself just laughing in disbelief. Do you people seriously not have time to enjoy what is hands down the most satisfying world traversal method that exists besides the Arkham games? Web-swinging is part of Spider-Man's thing and whichever Spider I'm in control of, I will never get tired of zipping along, pulling aerial tricks and seeing just how you can interact with the world. I will never use that card system because of just how fun it is being Spidey. Hell, the only reason to use the fast travel at all is the mildly amusing ways Pete pulled it off in 2018.
The parlour needs work though its not seamless and there are slight pauses b4 a new animation starts. Also I really expected this game to copy prototypes ground movement tons of car flips and more dynamic acrobatics.

Prototype had a leg up in that department, since the group behind it also worked on Hulk: Ultimate Destruction where they initially perfected the seamless, weighty, yet surprisingly quick and fluid ground movement that effortlessly transitioned into scaling buildings without stopping and then just straight yeeting yourself across the map. It was beautiful.
@@sacysily8968 exactly. We have to make it known that parkour should be taken seriously. I want to just flip on cars. And run at spideys max speed for a little while on the ground jump and then web catapult at full force. Also I d like more combos. I felt like I was spamming the same square attacks for 10 hrs. A pause combo would be nice and more finishers with him shooting webs acrobatically. Still great game. Tons of animations need to be added
Holding square enough height and tapping left analog Push left or right for spiderverse freefall you can also do up on the analog stick to do the thinker pose and if you move it down he pulls out his phone while freefalling im not sure what pose but pushing up does it too.
I got the 100x combo just by spamming the dodge buttons at one of the Underground hideouts so when everytime. It's a mixture of melee and long range attacks and I was able to pull it off. It can also be done when you're fighting the Underground when they're raiding the FEAST truck.
On the PS2 spiderman game, It's been so long I can't remember the title, I loved jumping from high places and landing on the street cuz peter would die and his body would bounce super high. Not the case anymore
For the 100x trophy, one of the combat challenges is good too. I got it without even realising because the objective of the combat challenge is to not get hit while defeating enemies, so I easily racked up 133x combo. And yes Scott you did miss the Jump Off an Enemy mechanic for the past 2 years, I'm pretty sure they tell you how to do it in Spider-Man 2018
Woah just saw how the trophy notification is shown for the ps5 with the 100x combo trophy part and damn that is a cool way to show you getting a trophy.
For those of you not well experienced with the game, but are still trophy hunters, to get the 100x combo, set the difficulty to easy, and then attacks don't reset your combos.
13:03 nah just make sure you dive backwards then use air trick mode and use the left joystick and go up The backward dive air tricks are kinda just chill ones
Robert Streater make sure you have enough altitude so the animation plays and make sure you’re actually diving You can use the venom jump while swinging to get a height boost
For the number 10 "turning corners while wall running (holding cirlcle)" if you go to the main menu (where the map, abilities, etc... is) theres a tab that says "moves"(or something similar) and in the traversal section , it mentions the wall running technique. The rest of the tips are pretty good. A lot you will discover by exploring and experimentation of the game, the rest like the number 8 "use the card rather than fast travel" is actually a really good tip&trick. Thanks! (hopefully i get to experience this when i upgrade to ps5 and bring this game with it)
the best thing for the 100x combo trophy if you’re struggling is to just play the game, it would come a lot more naturally than trying to force it at a base l
Here's an actual list the game doesn't tell you. -Use web shooter to save combo: Just shoot enemies once every 2 seconds and save your combo. -Gravity well then Venom Jump 3x: Use gravity well to get a bunch of enemies together the hit them with THREE venom jumps. They all die and you get a huge boost to your combo meter. -use jump to perfect dodge: of course the dodge button works but jump can allow you to perfect dodge and stay in the air for air combat. -air yank/jump: air yank an opponent then press jump while holding LS in the opposite direction to send opponents off roofs to their ultimate death. Try these and lemme know!

I dont think you need to hold the circle button to go around buildings I just hold the stick up,left or up,right and the run button and it works everytime
@@albertofx2534 He also said how to do the spiderverse pose wrong. I was getting it only 1 out of 5 times, the key is he only does it when he jumps off the web backwards.
What I want to know is how to continue getting skill points after I've reached the maximum level/experience. My level is maxed out but there are still two skills I haven't learned (this is NOT counting the three skills that can only be learned in New Game +). I am playing for the first time and trying to complete and obtain everything that does not require New Game +.

I followed what he said for the spider verse poses but they never work for me so that is probably only on PS5 and I probably need the spider verse suit to do it.
Someone PLEASE tell me how to target lock on enemies during combat. I’ve looked everywhere in the game & online, I’ve pressed every button yet can’t figure out such a simple thing as target lock.
I got the 100x trophy with the combat challenge 2.0, if you get ultimate you should easily get the 100x trophy too cause it’s quite easy with the hologram
Uhm bud... its spelled Roxxon and that SE base you were referring to is sn Underground base. If you couldn't, the general you, tell what the icon is, the weapons, FISK construction site, and the clothes the goons are wearing give it away (Edit) I'm glad i wasn't the only one who saw Rocks on
A lot of messed up stuff for tip 9 Rocks on They meant an underground base I never heard someone say that they don’t want an attack move spoiled for them What base in general There’s no south east one
Excuse me if for example you cant find side missions on the map how do u find them like if they dont pop up on the map like postcard if they dont pop up how do I find them
I did I different way to get the 100 combo trophy I just had did beating up roxon thing in the story mode with the prowler in roxons base and decided to not listen to the prowler and started to beat everyone I saw
Preach it brother, I got it super early on, didn't even notice my combo meter, got a trophy and bomb 100 hits. I think it was in the no damage Spidey training.
