I would rate it a 9.5 out of 10. It was definitely a really good film and something different from the first two tom Holland films. Definitely one of John Watts best films. Overall the film was really well put together and each actor within the movie had an outstanding performance. Especially William Dafoe as Green goblin. In my opinion, I honestly believe it is the best Marvel film. However, I will say it is not perfect. I think some of the jokes weren't placed right and they can tone the comedy down just a tad and I also would've liked to hear more about sandman and lizard. I am aware that their actors only were able to show up for voice acting but I still think they could've gone a bit more in depth with their character. Like, I wish they told us weather sandman daughter was cured of the sickness she had. Other than that, great film.

I love how No Way Home makes the MCU Spider-Man Trilogy act as a 3 part origin story for Spider-Man, now he’s gonna be a friendly neighborhood Spider-Man with lots of experience and things learned behind him

the movie is perfect to me except venom didnt fight tom's spidey and that everyone forgets who peter is INCLUDING HIS FRIENDS, but its okay , it is such a good movie

That Venom not interacting with Peter is a good thing. We want an actual good Venom, not a character that just makes us laugh. And it seems like Marvel understand this, because they undid the bullshit Sony pulled in Venom 2 and still left the door open for a Venom in the MCU at the same time.

The best part of the Raimi fanboys reconsidering their opinions is how it affected HiTop Films. The disdain for Tom Holland’s Spider-Man is *the* reason why he’s so popular, but he was still being biased in his NWH review, and now everyone’s repudiating him for it. I wonder what’s going to happen to his channel and its popularity in the near future, because the opinion he started is now officially debunkable. It’s officially aged badly.

It’s such a refresher to see all the Raimi fanboys online finally praising Tom Holland’s Spider-Man and quitting trashing all over him. The fact HiTop films still has the audacity to criticise the three Spider-Men swinging together, one of which he simps a bit too much for, is legitimate proof he will refuse to like anything other than the Sam Raimi trilogy. I wanna see someone put some dirt in his eye for this, seriously now’s really when he’s showing his true colours.

No Way Home is easily the best movie of 2021, ZSJL, No Time To Die, GvK etc don’t even compete anymore. Maaaaaaan I love this movie

Hear me out: I don’t think Electro was brought over by the spell. He doesn’t know Peter’s identity, so why would he have been? Remember how he “died” in TASM2? How Gwen and Peter overloaded him and blew up his energy? He explains a similar turn of events in this movie; he was about to either turn into pure energy or die. But as we know, he was already pure energy in TASM2, so my guess is that his scattered energy passed between different wavelengths due to the power surge that blew him up, and he just so happened to end up reforming in the MCU’s wavelength, which is 1) why he both shows up in his pure energy form, 2) why he’s so surprised that the energy feels different, and 3) why his normal body looks different. Emphasis on 3; his hair is different, he’s more fit, he doesn’t need glasses anymore, and his obvious mental illness from TASM2 was even cured. Even where and when Electro shows up is a clue. He blew up in the middle of Oscorp’s power plant near the city, and he showed up again in a random wooded area seemingly near the city. And he was the only villain who didn’t show up at the exact same time as the others. Doc Ock, Goblin, and Lizard appeared *at the same time,* and Sandman had obviously been there for a little while when he went to go help fight Electro. Had he been taken by the spell, Electro would’ve had more time to get used to the new energy and get his body back and everything.

Nice theory, sort of makes sense ig. But I think there’s an easier explanation for the energy feeling different - since he’s now officially entered the MCU which is obviously a different universe to his own one, of course the energy there may feel slightly “different”. But your theory does make some sense, I suppose. It’d be cool to imagine :)

@@theblazingvoid6524 That’s what I mean; he doesn’t know this is a different universe yet, so he doesn’t know what he’s feeling. He only figures it out when Peter tells him it is.
