In the beginning of the game Peter asks if the others are in his head too and Miguel says "no, its just you and me this time" or something like that. So it's at least implied to be the same one

Amazing Spider-Man from Shattered Dimensions is so underrated! People over look him because of NPH being replaced by Josh Keaton for Edge of Time and his performance being so good in that game, but NPH was great in Shattered Dimensions and TNAS and just as Spidey in general! His portrayal in Shattered Dimensions is so underrated and I hope we get him back as Spidey one day, Such a great video as always man keep up the amazing work!
I’m dead when Miguel said to web of shadows spider man “I was about to give u a free place to stay” and the “free food” but then web of shadows spider man refuses but was like “wait u said free pla-“ and then Miguel said “too late” then leaves So whenever dimension Miguel visits… he’s going to say the dang same thing with free place to live and free food thing And if the spider people accepts… okay… but if they refuse, that sucks no place to stay and no free food in the spider society and Miguel leaving the rest of the spider people to die in their dimensions by Spot 💀

They are. Amazing Spider-Man quite literally states that in the beginning of EoT when questioning Miguel O'Hara if the "other me's" are in his head, referencing both Ultimate Spider-Man and Spider-Man Noir in SD. I don't know what the fandom/database for EoT is trying to bring up, but he's not a variant.
