Using my DDR skills, I owned this game back when I haunted Jeepers! in the Palisades Center. Maybe this game's actually the reason why I was so good at DDR, as 3 years before that mall opened up, I was playing this game at an arcade nearby my house.
And you came up with the glorious idea of having Birdman be caught by the spiders (seriously, WHY wasn't that an episode? Closest thing we get is "Birdman Meets Reducto" where he's shrunk and falls into the spider web... but that's not at all interesting.)
Surprised to see a working Spider Stompin' game still around. I remember these from my childhood, especially when it was at Kids Kingdom: That was a Chuck-E-Cheese type place but with a much more elaborate (and FUN!) jungle gym thing in the center: It was more like Discovery Zone.
I first saw it at Space Odyssey USA in Englewood, NJ. They also had Big Haul... I was scared of the guy on the marquee haha. (I poked fun of him in my Tennessee vlog) But THIS game... when I turned 15, I realized I liked the cartoon boxes a little TOO much. Blame some stupid Syfy show my dad made me watch. But I didn't like the kid being tied up, I imagined the characters I had crushes on tied up instead. If you read the comments on here and on other Spider Stompin' videos, then you'll see my characters talking about how they like that idea too.
@@larissalind2872 It also reminds me of the weird bondage stuff Hanna-Barbera would put in their shows. Birdman, Daphne, pretty much anything to do with Penelope Pitstop... I wanna see Birdman get tied up by the spiders, haha.
Same with me as a kid. I kinda feel uncomfortable knowing the queen spider ties you up if you lose. I'd give Cyborg to that chick to see what she does to him...
I used to not play this game cause I was stupid and scared of spiders as a kid. Now I like spiders and I still can't play this game because I feel guilty while playing.
