An easy non costly way to remove your hand, wires, rigging or whatever you use in your stop motion movies to help your characters jump, fly, run etc.
Using software that can be ten years old or even older.
No Green screen effects here!! Although this method can be time consuming, you get results that are just as effective or sometimes more than some green screen software.
Editing software:
Sony Vegas Pro12, Windows Movie Maker,
Processing pictures: Adobe Photoshop, Windows Paintbrush.

Thanks for sharing the behind-the-scenes making of your video. This technique is better and more true to color and lighting than green screen. That is why the figures blend so well with the background.

Hello lozaus1. Excellent edition of your videos. I would like to know if you could share tips and experiences making your films? I'm starting to make mine. I still have a lot to learn. The most that I have come to realize are films of only movement. I have not known how to add background effects, voices and sounds. I have difficulty in how to put scenes together or how to change the position of the camera (in addition to how many shots I must take and at what speed of fps) and return the camera to the original position. Great video, love your stop motions. Do you think you could make a quick tutorial on making the rig that you use. That's the only place I've had trouble in my stop motions, making a sufficient rig to hold the figures

If we use 12 fps then everything time we refocus means 12 images with figure 12 without I think it would be more complex and recquire more space

This is easy to remove the stuff you can get stop motion if you got a phone or iPad then when you take the pic you can tap erase except it not free

Also, you seem like you know a lot. Can you answer this? Everytime there is a sound effect that I add in the video, the music stops and then starts when the effect is over. This is on Windows Movie Maker.
