This program is super great for all fitness levels. I love how for each exercise, you can choose the difficulty level for you. It has clear videos that explain how to do each one too. It’s definitely improved my strength. When I started I wasn’t even close to being able to a pull up, but this work out program provided great strength exercises to be able to build my way up to it and now I can do several pull ups in a row.

If anyone is looking to become active and get in shape, this program is the real deal! During COVID there were no gyms open so I stuck to same home workout routine everyday for months. I was really excited when I heard about this program and gave it a shot. Man, it blew my expectations out of the water! I've always been a pretty active guy but my strength has definitely increased and I feel awesome! I've recommended it to friends and have even walked with them through the program and friends that couldn't do push ups are now doing more than 30 at a time after a few weeks. Needing pull up strength? He's got you covered too! My friend couldn't do a single one now she's doing them easily! Give this program a shot and stick to it, you won't be disappointed! I am a huge fan of this program. I broke my tibia and fibula bone right before COVID shut the world down. Once I was off of crutches and out of the walking boot, I wanted to get back into fitness. As you can imagine, it was pretty difficult to lift heavy weight. Once I found this program, it really helped me strengthen my leg, and get me back to my normal mobility! I would highly recommend this program to anyone that is looking to gain strength and mobility. Thanks a lot Spideyfit!

My journey started with bodyweight exercises which eventually lead to weighted bodyweight exercises. I do a mixture of both bodyweight and weighted type exercises. The key is to progressively increase the difficulty of the exercise. (Adding weight, increasing reps, reducing rest time,adding more sets, etc) The program does all of that and encourages the trainee to add resistance when needed
