Only from Russia ;. Could this unique perspective be so completely realized. We westerners from the USA have no idea how great a sacrifice And how great a struggle the Soviets fought in ww2. Kudos to Star Media - Producers, Actors, Writers, and Crew For creating such an artistic tour de'force I am in awe.
Great series! But I think I'm watching these in the wrong order! Can someone tell me what is the correct chronological order for the "Spies Must Die" trilogy?
Just Soviet Surplus straight out of a Warehouse near Kiev. You can also buy new Katyushas, BUKs, PPSh-41s & for a little extra, refurbed MiG 21s from Romania.
Russian instructors worked in German intelligence schools and received officer ranks, were appointed to rather high posts in the intelligence school. A very common occurrence. There is no contradiction in this episode.
These are Russian traitors in German uniform. These people did not accept the 1917 revolution and were ready to serve the devil and Hitler, just to return the Tsar's regime.
everything is wrong... clean and perfect uniform, lot of food, weapons for every soldier...we know from the real history that was a rifle for every 4 soldier, i wasn't food at all. it look that these kind of war series is from a parallel word... it's not about the true, it's about communist propaganda even now... but, we know the suffer of the russian in the war and especially from Stalin....
Of course it is movie so much obvious for anyone. The truth is that Russia suffered at war much worse than germans at war especially at the beginning of war. But afterwards they recovered from 1 badly start but 1943 Germany just retreated their position and red army beating them wery well and with consitenly victory in every battle. Until 1945 for their victory in Berlin even if west and USA saying we are a winner. No way they are not winner. They started a war when Russia was already a winner.
Don't listen to any lies. Russian Russians had plenty of small arms in the USSR during the war , and the Germans envied the Russians that they had a lot of small arms . Many small arms remained after the first world war (Mosin rifle) (the Germans as the country that lost in the first world war burned all weapons leaving 300,000 rifles) and the USSR spent a lot of money on the production of personal weapons before the second world war (SVD rifles). You can't judge Stalin because you don't know anything about him. "After my death, a lot of garbage will be applied on my grave, but wind of history will dispel this garbage" -- Joseph Stalin
Germany and USSR were allies at the war's start, as any Polish person could tell you. Russian war movies never portray the Germany-USSR invasion of Poland, or USSR's invasion of Finland, Latvia, Estonia, Or Lithuania. Russian movies will portray only partially. The movies may be entertaining but are far from the true history.
@@frankp9402, allies my ass. It was just a non-aggression pact, nothing more. It gave the Soviet Union time to prepare for the upcoming German invasion, which Stalin was perfectly aware of.
It _is_ comical, yes. That's the cool part about it. I love the cheesy acting and the super-bad Nazis. It is almost as good as watching something like "Iron Sky" or "Dead Snow".
@john osborn Its just movie series its very obvious but if I can compete between English or USA war series aren't any worthy as Russia war series. The criticism is completely comically on USA and England war movie series. To be fair Russia war movie and series are much better and watchable than USA and England movies. Because a Russia people were in the war in real life every single day. Suffered lot of cruelty, hunger, burns alive , killing worsened then animals neither animals suffered like Russian's people in ever in history 2 world war 2.
