I did it with the hair dryer. It works!!! What a feeling! I thought, I am too stupid to learn spinning. But now it works and I am incredible happy! Thank you very-very much!!!! ❤️

Sanding down the ends of the bobbins did the trick for me. It spins beautifully now. It didn't uptake first no matter what I did. I'm glad I found your video!

Thanks for the info! Tip for sanding, if you sand in a figure 8 shape it'll do a better job of sanding evenly than going back and forth in a straight line.

I’d be happy to send you my nano back if you want one that won't take up. I've yet to be able to spin on it. And seeing yet another round of things I'm supposed to try, to get my nano to work, is even more discouraging. I'm not a plastic repair person. I give up. Janet Hince

I bought mine from The Threshing Barn in England and when I contacted them (before I saw this video) they asked me to send it back and they would test one and send me that. A simple solution taken by a brilliant company.

You can add salt to the water to raise the boiling point, although it will take quite a bit if you want to increase it more than a degree or two. The update is appreciated!
