I know that s.b patients have hypotonia why he has shortening of illiopsoas and adductors

shortening as a result of disuse atrophy and flexion position for long time during crawling or sitting whether on ground or chair without the ability to extend his limb as he can't stand .. also S.P. may have hypertonia not just pure hypotonia in high spinal cord affection cases.
