Hello, this time I have a very special, green cake recipe for you!
Sensational and light spinach cake, in the color of spring. Pound cake with the addition of fresh spinach leaves is fluffy, slightly lemony and easy to make. It is based on thoroughly beating the eggs with sugar until fluffy and gently mixing with the flour. Additionally, to make this cake even more delicate, just add oil instead of butter. Freshly grated lemon zest will give it a refreshing taste. ENJOY!
Ingredients:
90g baby spinach
2 large eggs
90g fine sugar
60g all-purpose flour
60g potato starch
100ml avocado oil (or any vegetable oil)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 Tbs fresh lemon zest
Icing:
1 cup powdered sugar
lemon juice of half a lemon
