Thank you for the recipe. When i was in Vrindavan in 2018 i ordered some Palak Paneer in a street restaurant. I forgot to tell them not to put chilli inside. It was so spicy i couldn't finish it,my guts felt like they were on fire, barely walked to my apartment. Fell sick the next day. Indians are crazy with spicy stuff,they have great dishes,but just too much chili man🤦🤦🤦.... Thank you for the recipe,i will try it out in the future.
Your recipe is very good and tasty. Please don't mind but I want to request you please don't wash away the water as you are thowing away most of the minerals with water. The solution to it is put the washed spinach in a strainer/colander for sometime till most of the water is strained away and then pressure cook. Whatever little water is left , use it along with palak in the paneer. Hare Krishna
Mam i would suggest you not to discard spinach water as it is filled with vitamin and minerals, or you can use it to knead the dough or just evaporate it, but don't discard it Hare krishna
