Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 cup or 2 handfuls baby spinach
1/2 medium sized red bell pepper
1/2 cup cheddar cheese- grated
1 medium shallot
2 tbsp butter (or olive oil) *
1/4 tsp chili flakes**
salt & pepper
*I love butter so much , so pardon me :)
you can substitute it with olive oil for a healthier option.
**I love a little bit of chili flakes into my omelette too, it just brings out all the good flavors from the other ingredients. Don't worry, with that little amount, it won't be too spicy, trust me 😉
You'll be surprised how chili flakes brings out the FUN into the omelette party! 😁
