Spinach rice | Palak rice | Quick lunchbox recipe | పాలక్ రైస్ #lunchboxrecipe
Instructions:
1.Take a mixer jar and add 1 cup palak, 4 green chili, 2 garlic cloves, 1 inch ginger pieces and 1 cup water and grind into a smooth paste.
2. Now take a pan and add 2 tbsp oil. 1 tbsp ghee after it gets hot add 2 bay leaves, 3 cardamom, 3 cloves and 1 inch cinnamon and onions and fry until its golden brown.
4. Now add 10 cashews and fry for 2 mins.
5. Now add the palak puree, 1 tbsp salt, ½ tbsp red chili powder, ½ tbsp turmeric powder, mix and cook by covering the lid for 5 mins.
6. Now open the lid, mix and add 12 tbsp garam masala, cooked basmati rice and mix well.
7. Serve Hot!!!
