This guy is a really good chef. Also, you can see that he has a good heart and overall good guy. Saw where he passed away about a month ago. Sorry to hear about it.

Man, I've watched many of this guys videos and although I don't like everything he cooks, he's very good at it. He seemed like a really good dude that would cook you up something special if you were his friend.
Really sad this gent wont be around anymore. The amount of good this man did just by doing what he loved. If there were more Daddy Jacks in the world we would all be in paradise.❤
Jack is the kinda guy that if you were dating his daughter and met him for the first time, you'd fall in love with him first haha, what a great guy Jack was, always shouting out his friends and supporters and giving some free promotion to local businesses and bands.... heart of gold and I can only imagine how much of that kindness made its way down to the next generation of Chaplins. May you all have a Merry Christmas and a happy and healthy new year. I know Jack is smiling down on all of us because he knows how much we all love him. ❤
Daddy Jack's daughters are so pretty and nice. I'm sure he was very proud of them. It's so sad he's passed. At least we have his videos to remember him.

Jack reminds me a lot of my deceased dad in the way he looks and his personality. His favorite dish was Ribeye Steak medium rare with Stuffed Mushrooms. He was like a kid at Christmas when he ate them. This looks good.
RECENTLY RETIRED British (Scottish) Soldier. On my last Deployment to Afghanistan things got very boring as they do. I looked forward to watching Daddy Jacks videos on my down time. They made me happy, ROIP Old boy x

***Daddy Jack, You can always "buck" those rivets with 2 hammers. Just hold one on one side while you give it a set of good whacks on the other till it quits leaking and tightens up. This also works on rivets on leaky aluminum boats as well. LOVE the videos!
Jack, you have two beautiful daughters, you must feel very proud! Daughters are like fine wines that only get better to you over time! I have mine as well, and she is a treasure! Be good to them and they will always be there for you!

I love your videios. I'm a musician, and full time middle school Band Teacher in CA (so you know I'm doing God's work) I watch you everyday while I'm eating lunch, and love how you cook, just like my Nonna. I explain to the kids who come in, that a pro doesn't need to measure, they work by "feel", same when you play any instrument or any art. Cooking is an art, just music, painting, building a house etc. . So, thank you. I'm coming to see my Ma in Jersey in March, I'm wanna to take a ride up to CT to see you.
