Hi, respected, sir. 15 days ago, I had a bike accident, and then I was admitted to the hospital .as per MRI reported my L4-L5 has fractured and multiple disk disability shown. My doctor told me you have to take 60 days bed rest, then he will do an examination if it's negative then he will do Operation. So my question is that now I'm 34 years old and is this risky for Operation. I heard that sometimes patients might be lost or die . Please reply 🙏 sir. And thank you.

Yah theek kaise hoga compressor L5 L1 S1 mein hai aur 99 Mein fracture hua tha ab kya ki do chhadi SE chalta hun yah theek hone ke liye kya exercise karni padegi kya treatment hai bataen

सर् जो रीढ़ की हड्डी दब जाता है वो कितने दिनों बाद अपने नॉर्मल हाईट में चला जाता है और मरीज कितने दिनों बाद अपने पुराने जीवन मे चले जाते है। इस फ्रैक्चर के बाद आगे झुक सकते है और वजन भी उठा सकते है क्या । कितने दिनों बाद indian tylolat ka upyog kiya ja skta hai
