This would be a critical criteria fail, securing head before the torso is wrong, wrong, wrong.

Incorrect measurement of c-collar. Poor application technique. Head secured to backboard with body unsecured. This is a critical fail by NR because if they get slid around or the patient vomits, the neck and back. Do not try to learn the correct technique through this.
