I think you misunderstood. If by SS, you mean save states, that is not the case in either video. The main difference between this and my single player video is I find single player is easier to play with fewer distractions, and I also have the opportunity to practice more. Even as it is, the single player video is not "perfect" because my player did get hit, although I didn't lose a life. I know some people don't like to see someone playing without making too many mistakes, but I personally consider the game to be too easy to not practice a little before making a single player video.
