These are nothing more than an imitation of a Bluefox Vibrax spinner. And these parts are available from several online vendors including Barlows tackle and LPO. But the Vibrax is a tried and true Salmon and Trout spinner that works well.

liar. Only noise what u can get in that setup is the spinner and it only gives no noise but vibration.
