ForeverDegenerate Dude last night on Dorado defense I tried to tp into the courthouse, my reticle accidentally locked onto payload, teleported right in the middle of them. Killed 4. Guess it was so stupid, they never saw it coming xD

+IceFire LOL! Yeah that IS one thing I wish they would change/fix with Reaper. I've always felt the targeting for his Shadow Step was way too loose. It takes me, like, a full minute, sometimes, to Shadow Step from the Spawn Courtyard to the Capture Point Window on Lijiang Garden because I can't get the damned purple smoke to sit on the sill. It keeps placing it either on the ground outside the window or somewhere on my side of the pit. I'm almost dreading trying the new Symmetra Teleporter because I've tried it on PTR and it's the exact same targeting style as Reaper's Shadow Step. I'm thinking it will be a little bit better because it's a shorter range and you, probably, won't be trying something as intricate as landing it on a window sill. But we'll have to wait and see. I DO think the fact that I'm a Reaper Main will give me an edge with the Teleporter over other players who are NOT Reaper Mains just because I'll be able to, more reliably, place the Teleporter where I want it. :p

ForeverDegenerate Every time patchnotes say "fixed a bug that let Reaper teleport to unintended places" I just think When are they gonna fix it so he can go to intended places too? Seriously sometimes on defence I go out of my way during setup time to destroy all rails I see just in case I might need to go there. Takes forever to lock on. And sometimes the ability just straight up fails for no apparent reason and I have to line it up again. Or it goes through, but I end up somewhere completely different to where it indicated I would end up. Reaper mains will generally agree shadow step is way more useful than it's given credit for. But damn is it a pain to use sometimes.

Yeah, Shadow Step Dodging requires pinpoint timing. Even one second off and you're toast. It's the reason I prefer Wraith Dodging. Maybe I should use Shadow Step Dodging more... **strokes chin**

His ultimate and teleport are 50% of the time a suicide button (and if you follow Spirit on Twitch you will see him die many times too for those stupid things). His ultimate though is also very satisfying when it works, so many corpses all around you. Yeah

Ok, actually, its not like you say, playing raper is hard, not as hard as genji or tracer, but it's hard, everybody can counter you, and your ultimarte can only be effective if you dont get stunned, or blocked, etc. apart from that, getting into position behind enemy lines is pretty hard, your abbilities can be heard as much as mccrees high noon, and when you teleport, you are blocked into the animation, so you are easy target for snipers. If you dont believe, try to do what you said, and if i am wrong, and playing reaper is as easy as you say, then you get to laugh, deal?

Emilionare 1000 Explain then why in T500 there aren’t many more Reaper mains than maybe five. Explain why you aren’t in T500 and you’re hardstuck plat. With everything else I’ve said you say no healers counter him and go onto name 4 abilities when honestly there are being the 4 you named added with Lucio soundwave and Brigette’s whipshot as it can knock him away from your team to make his ultimate much much less effective.

Emilionare 1000 Adding onto everything else as well you say that Reaper is a tank killer. However that only works up to a certain rank, low/mid diamond, as that is when people start to truly figure out how to kill a Reaper. If he is 1v1ing a tank then yes he will most likely win but in a team fight reaper should try to kill squishies as they are very easy to kill with how much damage Reaper can do.
