S t o r y l i n e:
While Spirit has grown up with love, Rain never knew what that is.
After they grow up, spirit meets Rain an he falls in love with her! (She is his 'sparkly angel') Even if the indian warns him about her, Spirit is blinded by love and doesn't listen to him! (The story follows the lyrics actually) Exactly like in the lyrics, Rain treats him horrible, lies to him and hurts him...
Spirit 'calls the angels' to help him change Rain for the better, but they are actually planning to kill her. Spirit has a good heart and still loves her, so he can't let Rain die. He runs after her and tries to save her. ( the clips don't follow the
lyrics perfectly anymore) So yeah, they both fall in the waterfall exactly like in the film. Rain is sorry for everything, Spirit forgives her (because Spirit is a sweetheart *-*), but he is taken away and Rain is left alone (She is badly injured).
Then Spirit keeps thinking about her, about the bad things she has done but also remembers that she was sorry. He keeps fighting with his positive and negative emotions. So yeah, they are separated. Spirit becomes a traction horse and Rain.... well, you decide if she dies or she's just badly injured.
