I was listening to you speak and learning so much. Then I started to feel like a vibration around my chest. I've never had this feeling before, it kind of scared me. I am healthy and have no existing health conditions. Boy Oh boy that just blew my mind. Spirit guides are all around us and to help in our journey. One can connect with Spirit guides using a pendulum. Pendulums can also be used for healing. Requires practice. Once connected with Spirit guide always keep both feet still resting flat on floor, moving feet or lifting heel will break connection with Spirit guide (very important). If one moves feet or lift heel, connection is broken and another Spirit guide will appear. One can change hands holding pendulum and not lose connection. Remove all metal jewelry on body, including fingers, hands, wrists, etc., which will interfere with communication and receiving energy from Spirit guide (very important). Find a quiet place to connect with Spirit guide when connecting with pendulum (very important). Rest elbow on table which holds pendulum and avoid moving hand around as this makes it difficult for Spirit guides. Try to keep hand still in one place (very important). Avoid having the pendulum hit, rub, bump against any objects once connected with Spirit guides as this will break connection. Coughing and sneezing will break connection (very important). When connection is broken due to reasons mentioned above, you will have to begin a new session from the very beginning (very important). Recommend using powerful pendulums for better communication and healing. Brass pendulums are much more powerful than crystal pendulums. After many years of experience, I recommend brass pendulums for communication and healing. Brass is self cleaning whereas crystal is not (must be cleaned after each use as it picks up and hold unwanted energies). Healing times will be much faster using powerful brass pendulums. I personally use a brass golden hue pendulum. An example pendulum healing, "Spirit Guide, can you heal my damaged liver and make perfect? Spirit guides have different abilities. If Spirit guide responds "yes", ask "Spirit guide, heal my liver." If Spirit guide responds "no", ask Spirit guide, "send me to Spirit guide who can heal liver and make perfect. Thank you." Be specific as possible when asking for help. Spirit guides appreciate us behaving with kindness. After session, thank your Spirit guide. Spirit guides do a lot of hard work. Condition of liver will determine how many sessions are needed to heal liver. Additional helpful info. Clean crystal pendulums after each use. Either by burning sage and let the smoke remove negative energy from pendulum for 15 seconds, calling on Archangel Michael to clean pendulum (look at pendulum wished to be cleaned and say softly or in normal speaking voice: "Archangel Michael, clean the pendulum of negative energy" (will take about 3 hours to clean), rinsing pendulum in water for 30 seconds, placing pendulum directly under the full moon for the night, or burying pendulum into the ground for 24 hours. Best time of day to connect with Spirit guides during sunlight hours. Turn off all nearby electronics (computer, radios, put cell phone on airplane mode, etc) as this interfere with connection or move to another location or room away from electronics. I always viewed “Deities” as “Gods” in other words spirits that NEVER had a earthy experience and were never human. The disciplines and Muhammad and were all human (and even arguably Jesus) although they are highly elevated. It’s interesting hearing the differences of these concepts in various traditions.

Omg. I have a spider in my room that shows up and then dissappear. I am terrified about spiders. I thought I was the only one. Oh mine. it shows up out of no where and then I don't see it again.
NO WAY!!! 😱😱😱. it pops out and my eyes catches it on the side, then it plays around my altar and then my bed but never comes close I stare at it for the longest because I really terrified by spiders I really am. But 2 secs I look away and it dissiappered. It shows up randomly in my room and the Kitchen. . I'm still learning to work with oshun and my grandmother who is my spirit guide. Sometimes I'm freaked out after I heard some coins sounds or birds chipping.

Funny because I literally saw an animal walking by me in my living room the other day out of the side of my eye, and I don't even own a pet. I see spirits at times, but seeing an animal was new.
I see animal spirits all the time (especially felines), but then again, I work with protectors of animals and I am at the service of animals as my spiritual path (among which, Egyptian deities such as Sekhmet and Bastet - who protect ALL of the animals not only felines). They show up when I perform rituals or when I invoke them...ex. I work with Goddess Sekhmet and she showed me 7 lionesses when I had to deal with a difficult group of people who were looking for trouble (and found it lol). Her 7 lionesses protect me all the time and one of them is with me since birth.
I can just tell her aura is so strong and beautiful I don't know how to put this but I just felt some CALM during this video keep up the amazing work haha

I never thought that everyone could have someone assigned to them, I’ve been given images of one of my guides drawing a symbol I use to connect with him on my forehead at birth and he told me who asked him to watch over me. I thought maybe I was going to inevitably be such a problem child or something I needed special attention, that eases a lot of anxiety about that and makes a lot more sense.

I believe in what you are saying because before I asked the Universe to show me what is my animal totem or spirit animal and immediately that day when went I to sleep I saw an Owl looking at me in my dream . And from that day I believe that my animal guide is an Owl and every time I’m having a confused mind or sad feelings I saw owl pictures anywhere ,it doesn’t matter if it’s a street or my work place ,the owl will be there . And I remember one time I’m very lonely and I went to take a bath and I saw an Owl toy of my son inside the bathroom and since then I believe I am guided . And also I asked my Tarot who is my spirit guide and immediately the 10 of pentacles came out which means a family or ancestors . I to took the time to take notes. Someone took my practice of honoring my ancestors as me working with deities when clearly it is not. They grew up in the home where a certain tradition was practiced so they simply assumed I was practicing the same. This explanation helps me a great deal and will be my go to for my spiritual studies. Thank you.
This may have nothing to do with the talk but it made me think of 2 cats i had. They started out as house cats but eventually became outside cats but i still took care of them . Well, there is a store across the road from me, sometimes i would say to them walk me to the store, they would walk across one street with me but would not cross the major road. Instead they would wait by this tree surrounded by bushes , they would wait no matter how long i would take at the store. Then they would continue to walk me back to my porch when i returned. I miss them, i no longer have them. One cat disappeared and the other died in a tragic house fire o had. I felt like they were my gardians. Idk🤷🏽♀️

I’ve been meditating for a while now and only recently tried reaching out to my spirit guide. My connection was still weak and I had a hard time staying with my guide (if it was my guide, like I said, still new). With the guided meditation I was in, it claimed that you would see your guide and they would tell you their name. I only saw my guide’s figure, which appeared to be a human in an owl headpiece and cloak named Moira. My nephew started to fuss and I had to leave the meditation. I can’t get back to the same place I was.
