I love the clear & vivid reading. In both 1 & 2. I could feel and recognize the physicality almost of that old energy and past hurt " pent up" . Sometimes, the letting go is done intellectualy. Reversing the hurt or negativity in our head. In most case scenarios, all that remain whether wrenching pain or slowly eating at us, it is an energy. A negative energy. And the action of letting go is to unwrap oneself from it. Really cleansing is removing that energy and it become clearer and easier when we can see through that energy that needing to evaporate. And if seeing such energy still dificult we can look and recognize it as a feel. Feel rather than a feeling because it is about the palpability. I guess depending on the person, any of the senses, including smell, touch, sight, can do the job. The readings also teach me deeply that it is as important to seize correctly that energy in order to drop it...and drop it to the last drop ( no pun intended). 🥰 thank you so accurate number 3. It's my 60th on 22 June. I'm at my heaviest and struggle to bring harmony and peace to all I consume. It's either because I'm in pain, shattered, socialising, relaxing always a reason. I enjoy healthy food and always have a balance but it's all the other stuff. I've lost weight many time over the years, but so mentally exhausted afterwards it's so blissful to slowly get back to normal like a comfort blanket. Food is also associated with sharing with others, and when I was dieting I felt like I was spoiling for everyone else. Almost like it took away all my pleasures. My husband needs very heavy carbs as he's had bowel cancer and intestinal failure. So it means we stop sharing the same meal. Anyway to cut along story short and thank you for listening. My plan is weigh once a month. Follow no diet , choose healthily. Cut out rubbish and over eating trash in between. Don't focus on weight but health. I decided this a couple of days ago and what a fantastic confirmation. I accept any help going feel unsure and vulnerable, but starting after my birthday weekend this weekend 🤞. With the concept of surrendering to the divine and the idea of letting go in order to receive I was ignorant of the fact that a traumatic brain injury was causing me deep pain while I’ve strived to make headway in my goals. A disability I didnt really understand as my heart is so invested but my mind is I unhealed. I’ve been suffering with no understanding that surrendering to the divine is exactly what people with situations like mine have to do and that’s why the universe tells some of us to sit back and stay calm and receive. From what I have experienced it’s my lesson and one that yes was tiring because I didn’t know I didn’t understand. Now I make sure my own energy takes allowances into ensuring what comes to me will always be safe and good for me. Yes have been very emotional since I was able to understand what is going on and feel better now that I’ve asked the universe to support me and see me as “special needs” as we co create. Oh Dear! Pile 3 chose me. I don't know if its a collective thing right now but the changes I am being called to make I won't recognize myself once I commit. I know I asked for this. It makes me chuckle as I remember my higher self telling me to "buckle in and get ready because you could have no idea exactly what your'e in for". I knew I would change I knew it would be such a change that I would mourn the old avatar that I worked so hard on stepping out of. But I didn't think for a second I would start to drag my feet on the last changes that need to be made. My higher self has requirements and these are so different then those around me. It's very easy to watch a person work hard and be confused in thinking this is what we are all meant to do. Learning to rest when I'm called and work when I'm called is a must even more then that the false belief that this is a lazy way of going about things needs healing. We all have a different beat and in order to respect myself and my higher self I need to walk to her beat. There's absolutely foods I'm being called to stop eating. It feels over whelming to figure out exactly how to be vegan. Intimidating that's what it is. No one has anything out there that just moves your daily habits over to vegan habits. It's like a world I don't have a key to. I research then that research contradicts the info from the last paper. I just need to do it. And that's that lol And maybe look into perfectionism. I just realized this could be something I haven't seen of myself but as I type about going vegan I realized just how right and correct I needed the information before I could even start. Hmmm ya that might be a perfectionist thing... well always evolving always growing always healing lol I was wondering if you could tell us what the Lunar Standstill means for us? I have this feeling it's going to be perhaps an intense high energy swing situation. But that's just a feeling I have no education or background on this amazing stuff. That's why we have you.
