Spirit of Adventure Trust was established in 1972 to provide the youth of New Zealand access to a character development programme through sail training. Since then, we've taken tens of thousands of young New Zealanders to sea on voyages of personal discovery onboard our tall ship, Spirit of New Zealand.
Learning to sail a tall ship is just a small part of award winning programme.

My granddaughter has just boarded this ship in Auckland this afternoon for a 10 day voyage. I hope she loves it.

This is awesome!! I love it. I’ve been thinking a lot about people who would dare to go on crazy voyages and so I found you just by putting “Spirit of Adventure” in RU-vid 😅😀

Had an awesome time on the spirit of adventure and have learnt so many things even though it was only a 2 night 3 day voyage (2018)

what age do you have to be to go on it cz my daughters 11 almost 12 and does saint James sea scouts and herataunga boating club to sail and she really wants to do it
