Agree the Kop needs younger fans but 'the Pensioners' are the people keeping the Kop going, designing flags, sorting them on the day, 1906 are great but not enough getting involved to create the experience.
I live an hour and a half away from Anfield these days and with the costs in terms of finances and time I only really want to try to get to a handful of games every season. I'm a member and the ballot is always a disappointment, but I definitely don't begrudge season ticket holders. I do get annoyed when I see the obvious tourists in the stands, but I get it.
