Hi am a Nepali woman who grew up in the west recently been initiated as a Shamaness. I guess I acquired enough good karma to be chosen by my family’s spirit of my lineage. However, I never practiced yoga or looked into meditation or did any sort of Kriyas. I learnt quite a bit from my Gurus in Nepal but because I am in the west it is a challenge. So only pay after results manifest in your life, and pay proportionately to what you are able plus how much gratitude you feel 🙏 At least that's how it should be and if it's not I question the validity for anyone who collects money for spiritual knowledge!
Thank you guruji. Roughly how long should one practice these bharas every day (min/max) - for example is 5 minutes on each one sufficient? Are there particular timings that yield better results?
