As a Leo it has been tough to lower the ego. I am getting better at giving up my adoration and desire for attention from the opposite sex, and wanting to be noticed and the center of attention. It’s been a tough journey but I’m making progress being on a spiritual path for twenty years. I had a huge ego that has been tough to tame ♌️🦁 Leo sun, Virgo rising and Aquarius moon😊

Today is my birthday so im feeling so lucky you posted this today. You mentioned that if people only listened to their hearts they would be living such better lives and that is something my i am barely learning to do with my leo heart. About a year ago i realized that sudden racing of my heart was it communicating to me that what i am doing is not for me. My life has been so much better since Ive allowed my heart to call the shots. Okay i had to pause the video to comment this 🤣 .

what a treat for the leos :) my sidereal moon is in leo. when i dream journal i write down the sign the moon was in that night. I notice that symbols associated with each sign manifest in my dreams. Like on aries moon nights i usually dream of fire or violence, or when the moon’s in pisces i’ll dream that i’m a mermaid.

This is so awesome. I came across your channel about 2 weeks ago, and have been practicing with and experiencing inner energies in ways that I never have before. The way you describe the Leo practice PERFECTLY describes the state of perfect, quiet bliss that my practice has often manifested in me. Not only is it unlike anything Ive felt since I was an innocent child, but your descriptions of the practice have encouraged me; I know that I’m on the right path. Truly experiencing the Divine and learning how to listen to the heart and what that means…for years I’ve been in error, thinking the mind was my true self. Additionally, my moon is in Leo (sun is Cancer), and I’ve always had a close connection with my heart; I never realized this until I returned to it and saw how long I’ve avoided my own heart’s intelligence. Thank you for this information. I have been on this journey of self discovery for many years now and it has been very interesting. Ups, downs, ins and outs, I am finally tapping into the infinite abundance of source, and still learning daily. My biggest challenge is staying balanced with my moon and ASC signs which are water. Cancer is at home with the moon so all in all I am extremely balanced in my authentic polarity. In the past half a decade I've been in this journey, I never found anything outside that comes close to the meditation technique you described in this video... maybe you just knew exactly how to describe the process to trigger such a holistic experience. Plus, the sleepy state definitely adds a lot into it... After trying it for the first time right now, I started getting flooded with images of past dreams (even ones that are actually extremely old) that demonstrated the world where I "followed the heart", and after all that... I am convinced this current "reality" is just another dream where I am learning to follow my heart, even when all the odds seem to be against my journey. Maybe it is a simulation or an immersion pod experience after all.

According to family, when I was a little girl, I insisted that people call me "Baby Lion" although I didn't even know about zodiac until I was a teenager. Also explains my Superman-like need for sunshine, sun rays ☀️ I'll bet Pride is also my karma and lesson. Probably laziness, too 🦁 💤... And animal-like lust at times. Sometimes I think I might've been an actual lion in my past...

So, with the "levels of being," there might certainly be levels of perception. What is "perfect" to one's soul evolution, will vary among the collective. Very nice. Thank you. I am a Leo, also. This lifetime I seem to have been working on listening to my inner intuition far more, and yes, I have learned that I have an inner master that is trustworthy. My problem is I trust intellectual learning far more than my inner Master. I still have a very great problem with trusting my intuition but it proves to (nearly) be always correct. ( I often mutter "I was right?) I have the strangest horoscope possible. I was born right on the cusp of Leo-Virgo and my rising signs are Pisces and Aquarius. A strange thing is happening... in old age - in my 70s, I am picking up strands of my spirituality that I released in my middle years, or, at least, that is how it seems to me! I like the meditations you suggested. And will try them. Honestly My mind is frequently a jumping monkey, if I don't meditate when the house and world is quieter, I'll just jump up. The monkey is getting calmer, now, but it can still make itself a bother. Living in a rural area seems to be helping, also. I always felt an intense energy in the city.

@@AstralDoorway I loved this video and just finished watching it a short while ago. There are several things I'm not clear on where the two practices are concerned. With the second practice where you lie down and you can do the simpler version of simply focusing on the beating/pulsing of one's heart, do we at some point consciously choose to expand our focus beyond focusing on only our heart to focusing on the heart pulsations throughout the whole body or does that happen automatically after we've been concentrating on only our heart for a long enough time? With the first practice you said to focus on the inner master in our heart and focus on it's greatness, majesty and significance. Should we focus only on how we imagine the inner master feels to us? Is it okay to visualize an image of the inner master with that feeling or would that activate thinking too much? I guess I'm confused about how to focus on the inner master in our hearts. Would just simply focusing on our physical heart and letting our attention rest there with great concentration/focus be enough to enter a samadhi/union with the inner master?

I find your content interesting. I understand zodiac and the cosmos and spiritually is all connected, my question has always been, which sign do I associated with? With all the zodiac methods for say out there for example, with tropical zodiac I am a Virgo Sun sign, but in like Sidereal I am a Leo and my other signs change rising and moon sign and so on. And what I am understanding is the day of birth I could be both signs known as cusp? What is your take on this?

You add more communication through your expression and heart connections. Leo moons often react without communicating with others and when things go sideways they lack the humility to communicate their actions. By working on communicating with words and getting your point across to connect vs doing random things in hopes that the other person notices and appreciates you.

I’m born on 22-08-1988… 😅 always questioned that birthdate. Struggled a lot to find meaning in life. It’s as if there is a war going on in my psyche between the rational mind and the heart 😅 looking at that painting “war in heaven” reminds me of that.maybe it even reflects a spiritual/mental battle. No, I’m pretty sure of it.
