Yes, it is not for everyone! I have to say though that like mandalas when you are stressed out this has the same impact on me. It's very calming just focusing on one thing with one color. I liked it so much I ordered another one (glutton for punishment ha ha). Thinking of you x Happy coloring x

Thanks for the giggle over your "disaster" page, with all the empty ink pens & darling Millie's artistic addition, I really needed that, plus, it is SO relatable! Thanks also for sharing one of the more unusual style adult coloring books, I've never tried one of these. Any chance of demo'ing how these pages are colored? I'm super curious!

ha ha I've always enjoying the disasters because it's just a reflection of real life (or my life anyway). It's impossible to be mad at Milly when she wants to help me color because she's just so adorable and I'm so lucky to have her. I love her little artistic additions and her ability to video bomb me on a regular basis ha ha. I've finished this book so I can't demo on it. I didn't think anyone would be interested in watching me color it tbh. I do have another book coming (they are addictive especially if you are stressed and just need clarity). I'll film a pic from that book - it may be a week or more. It is the Spiroglyphics Animals book. Hopefully, I've learnt from my mistakes in this book with the next one ha ha. Happy coloring x

Well, well Lee, this is absolutely not for me that book would drive me nuts just like Kathy, i nwould love to seen you coloring at least one but for myself this is not relaxing at all i've just watch your review and have an Headake LOL! 2 millions of copy have been sold WOW! very impressive but i do prefered my coloring books, not that crazy book, i had the feeling being on therapy or for an exam for your eyes when i was a chield, t3ell me what you've seen Sylvie and i search so much to gave the great response because i can't see on my left eye, so i had lots of test like this, still don't seen much on my left eye but it's perfectely find i'm ok. with that know so thank you for the great review and you really are good having doine all of the book, i know where mines would of be LOL! OK. know it's time for a Beautiful normal book sweetie to review hi, hi,, Big Hugs to millie and don't let go to much on this book because she could loose evderythings you had teached for being a good Girl, LOL! so Funny xx

ha ha I couldn't imagine you coloring this one Sylvie it is so not you my sweet. I didn't think anyone would be interested in seeing me color a pic from here so I didn't film it. However, I do have another of the books being sent to me so I'll film coloring that one. Funny, I know the circles look crazy and weird but honestly it is incredibly relaxing. Plus, I get to color with my co-host Milly who enjoys watching the pen go round and round and trying to catch it and sitting on the wet ink ha ha. Milly is getting a lot more affectionate lately and she is often allowing me to brush her. She is even allowing me to touch her paws and tummy now - so we're making progress. Who knows what this gorgeous little girls life was before we adopted her but everyday she gets sweeter
