''Moto na waka is a ugandan'' resistance song, isn't it? I remember it from my younger days. Though a Ugandan, I surpport the SPLA 100%. With all my heart. Why should we blacks be subject to muslim sharia laws?(no offence to arabs, lol)
robski39 the song is Lawulek Battalion. The majority of those soldiers are from Latuko. The Commander who was singing with them is Mabuto Mamur. He is currently minister of interior.
0:21 good video shows of the army SPLA soldiers but strongly dislike dancing civilians drumming noises. In history contexts of the past revolutionary movement activities any soldiers can reflect himself and herself looking back in history records for example of reflecting my past memory events in mid 1998 to 1999 to 2000 years in Southeast Sudan areas Al-Khor Budi ( army garrison and stationary) and onwards to the Al-Kurmuk town where I was navigating selling tobacco, jeltan( "green syrups" of making stews to eat corn flour foods and monitoring security development management services through carriage hunting with dogs while sometimes participate to play wrestling in the river sands yet fortunately rethinking of my past life events during civil wars in location of Southeast Sudan country where I feel concerned about prisoners of wars mainly Arab capture soldiers can be escort to pitch water in the river Al-Gapira" of the Al-Kurmuk town of hospitals treating wounded soldiers and civil civilians of sickness malarias.
Every thing was been done on moral virtue and of course if our people would have not did in that way we would have not achieved our goal thank God for giving us that courageous.
I Instead what they want is to achieve Justice, Equality, and Freedom for all Sudanese--and they are not far from it. When Dr. Garang and his colleagues embarked on the journey to fight the repressive regime of Khartoum, they did not expect it to be easy. They did expect, however, is that there would come times where they would disagree and times where all Sudanese of all kind, backgrounds will be proud of them--and this they have achieved through the Comprehensive Peace Agreement (CPA).
Southern have the right to be apart from the northern, if they are being treated badly by the government of Khartoum. If south use the resources that northern have been using, they could rebuild their country.
Moto nawaka is swahili - is the rest of that song in Swahili? My wife who speaks (Kenyan) swahili didn't understand anything other than "moto nawaka/nawaka moto". Can anyone tell me what language that song is in and any other words? Cheers
Thomas Abeil , what do you mean by without Dinkan we won't be here using RU-vid ? God you Dinkan are still with that stupid mentality. Read the history of South Sudan before embarrassing yourself on social media. Dinkans are bad luck in everything and we as the South Sudanese regret having them with us. Cowards
okeach100, If u r really from south Sudan u will never talk like this !! Its like a speech of people who dont want unity for us ! People who like speratiing a big promisisng country like our's , specially after we stopped the longest war in africa. They dont like seeing their weapons not sold anymore ,daed bodies of brothers and colleagues eaten by falcons !! Wake up man. If u think war is better choice for u , i really miss my gun man "as u said before" welcome everything. I am ready .
lol im not sidin wit kharoum i dont really like da khartoum govt but if what i told u doesnt make sense to uthenu really dont know nothin about sudanese politics or what happens in da background,my brother didnt distort any stories if alot of ppl say the same thin, dont worry about my brother though s.sudan can become a kingdom for all i care but if u baboonz dont start respectin your neighours u wont last long with a landlocked country.
I do not know where to start. Should I teach you Sudan history? Or Should I starting elucidating to you why you are the way you are--that is, intellectually deprived. To shade some intellectual light on to your poor soul, the Dinka and the Nuer are brothers. They fight and reconcile, just like all brothers do! But what matters to them most is not to listen to your pessimistic and negative outlook of them.
lol birbeni wrong place to call others brothers while u complain about their brothers, since u r a kikyuyu u r a bantu while southern sudan are the same as luo nilo the ppl who u fighting against in kenya.lol
We are kikuyus but we love our south sudan brothers since they are black like us. We supported splm during the years of war and hosted them as our black brothers. And we will be more united now since south sudan is a member of EAC. They will also introduce kiswahili. In future, our army will join south sudan in case north sudan attack them and we will finish them.
